  Roles are disabled in named PL/SQL blocks unless you use of the APPELLANT's rights by setting the code with AUTHID CURRENT_USER.

  The Oracle documentation provides a very clear explanation - based restriction is for the NAMED PL/SQL blocks rights DEFINER of this use (the default):

• I need to transfer my docs from old XP to format external drive to new computer Vista.

  This XP formatted external drive is partitioned into several directories. They stored the files wmv, songs, photos, etc.

  When I plug in USB, Vista computer said that it has found the driver DEVICE USB IA37L080ATVC07-2. But this hard drive storage has not shown in the file manager.

  Since my Office XP no longer works, I took the primary hard drive and a plan to set up as external drive to retrieve the documents and files...

  Does anyone know how to make a Vista machine to copy files from external hard drives in XP?

  Open "Disk Management" and see if the USB drive is listed, if so, then simply assign a drive letter to each partition on the USB drive. Then, open Windows Explorer and copy your files on the computer of Vista Basic.

• Save a Word Doc from desktop in Windows Works word processor

  Last week, the ability to save a document, Word of Windows works as an Office Word Document (doc) has disappeared from the choices in the Save as drop down in my Windows program, it works.  The only options that remain now are works (wks), Rich Text, only text and HTML.  In the year and a half, I had this laptop and Windows Vista with works that I was always able to save as doc when I send a document to those who have the office window--suddenly it is no longer possible.  I looked everywhere to see if there is an option where I can add the 'doc' save option back without success.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

• Selected by default is not recognized when I want to print from stored photos

  I have 2 printers with wireless connections, connected to the operating system to 64-bit computer laptop Dell 1737. #1 printer is a Dell model 305 and printer #2 is a new HP ENVY5530 all-in-one. When I select the HP printer as the default printer, that it will not respond when I try to print from the files of pictures I have stored in the computers hardrive, default is the Dell 305 to the place. I have Culatello, the wall of fire as the problem. Note: If not, it responds so designated for other tasks.

• How to stop Firefox from storing the CAC PIN?

  I'm working on the configuration of Firefox to use an ACC Player. In the process, it seems that Firefox saves my PIN. For example, to put in place the .dll file to get Firefox to see the player, I went to view certificates to verify that they were installed. Firefox (legitimately) asked me my PIN code and I entered.

  Then I went to a site requiring CAC, and while he asked me the certificate to be used (correct), he failed to ask me my PIN code and I logged into the site.

  I then closed tab and went to another site and even once, while he asked for the certificate, it did not PIN code.

  Then, I closed Firefox completely (and all other browsers) and rebooted, went to a site. It asking for the certificate but does not ask for the PIN.

  I installed IE Tab v2 because some sites have refused to recognize the card in the reader. After that, he finds the map and asked me for the certificate but not the PIN code.

  The only way to get Firefox to forget the PIN is to restart the computer, but as soon as you use your PIN, it is stored in Firefox.

  It is an extremely huge security breach. The whole point of a CAC is that it requires authentication in two steps. I need the card and the PIN. If someone has my card and they go to a machine that has not been restarted I used, so they can access websites requiring an ACC connection because Firefox has stored my PIN.

  How can I get Firefox to store not the PIN code? I should be asked each time.

  Further investigation reveals that the question leaves ACC in the reader. If you have activated the cert with the PIN and let the ACC in the drive and then go to another site, it asks to cert, but since you already have the PIN, it will not ask again.

  If you pull the ACC and again before you go on the site, it will ask the PIN code again.

  My 6600 print a document but leave it in the queue after printing.   I have to open the icon of the printer and remove the document printed from the queue before it will print the next item in the queue.

  Why would you do that? APEX may be referenced in the same way as all the other bind variables (although it is worth noting that their type is always VARCHAR2, so in this case, it will rely on the implicit conversion):

  If you enter Subject: authorizations into your address bar and press ENTER, it should show you a list of sites. You can select the site that you want to store information and then set 'Maintain offline storage' on 'block '.

  In your advanced options, you can also have "tell me when a website asks to store data for offline use" selected, so you ask all the sites, and you can block them.

  I've seen that happen periodically, but it is easy enough to fix. Simply remove the icon from your dock. Then re-create by dragging the Firefox icon in the doc from the applications folder.
