• Computer does not open a floppy disk. He continues to say that they need to get in shape

  my machine does not open a floppy disk.  He continues to say that they need to be formatted (even brand new ones that really don't need). so I told him to get in shape. within 30-45 seconds, a screen appears and tells me that the disk cannot be formatted.  There is no help menu or solution for this that I can find anywhere. I run Win XP Home Edition with Service Pack 3. the format screen shows my NTFS file system and the disk is listed in RAW format, but there is no way to change this. Help!  Lots of info on those records that must be transferred to a more modern storage unit.

  Try to get data from old floppy disks can be a nightmare.  For starters, the magnetic media is not particularly stable and the disk may simply have deteriorated.

  More likely, however, that you use in the problem of the "media descriptor block.

  1. find a Win95 computer with a floppy drive and use it to read the data and transfer it to support more modern.

  2. use a disk sector editor as described in 140060 KB (which may or may not work, depending on whether your current disk can read the disc even if Windows allows it to try)

  You will NOT be offered SP1 via Windows Updates as Support for Vista without SP1 is finished.

  Click Start > right click computer > left click on properties > it will tell you it if you use Vista 32 bit or 64 bit Vista.

  You need this information to make a direct download the correct version of 'bit' of SP1.

  Once you have select the SP1 correct 'bit' download from these links:

  There is nothing wrong with my computer pyshcically what so ever. I was and still am VERY STRESSED! for many months reading turtorials endless on many issues, but the biggest--months of admin password accepted, but refused instant access, or the file specified cannot be found, or similar error. I have no rights, privileges, etc. the whole lot. I tried to change/admin access in command prompt, but I get error 5 or access denied, or I am not at the right level. I've seen tutorials on how to move errof 5, but as usual the people do not understand that I have not just admin what so ever. They all sit down and say to use admin to resolve this issue, when the tutorial is assumed to be on the way to get the admin! to solve the problem! A few days ago, I walked into the safe directory services mode with my MIRICAL admin account! I don't know what I got RIGHT on the admin account that is functioning normally, fiddling around with it in Control Panel administrative tools to make it work. I am amazed! HOWEVER! Satan is back! Operating system Windows don't would not install error and AVG has got in the way. I couldn't uninstall AVG so I got riped off and removed as many files as I could. But suddnely I decided to change my admin password and now it does not accept the passwords, all passwords I have in my head and that you know are right that I memorized for many years. I had a password reset OF what USB made from my Windows, but it always says error when you try to change the admin password! and it is this that just blocked it, by the look of it. now I am locked out of this time, as well as access deined. I have no USB keys and had to format the reset to try one of your user bypassess, but as usual USB or DVD cannot be read on startup. I tried to download and bypasses creating a USB DVD but they will not play to restart, regardless of how I set the bios to read the disc, it may not be ready. I must run going in the security mode, when I could. Disturbances on reboot Windows freezes and so the installation screen of win 7 Home premium. I was able to run the windows installation operating system, directory services safe mode, but it collapsed when AVG got in the way. Now, I can not run it again. I can't run anything. I have upgraded to win 7 ultimate with a 26 keys that said they were rejected, but when I restarted I got win 7 ultimate. That has now expired, I don't know if the upgrade to win 7 ultimate has nothing to do with the problem. Didn't seem to when I got mirical admin access. Admin is demmanded through my computer everything including the security for what modes either editable or executable. INCLUDING ADMIN ITSELF. People JUST don't GET THAT!   My brother-in-law gave me his laptop Dell Latitude D610 to work on. It was loaded with virus and almost completely non-functional. I installed an old windows XP Home Edition SP1 upgrade disk (I had to insert my plu too Windows 98 disc) on it because I had no original disks supplied with the computer. I am therefore perfectly legal with that.  I installed it and I activated it until I went through updates. When I finished updates of service pack to download SP2 to the execution of the method to update to SP3. I tried to install Microsoft Security Essentials however it would not load and said I had to VALIDATE windows. I already got it activated prior to all other updates. How can I fix it? When I try to validate windows all I see is a white screen, so I can't go any further!  So basically I have 2 problems I need to validate (the computer says that Windows is already activated when I click on the button "Activate Windows"). And I get the white screen when I try to validate... Please help I know it's legal software, just old.

  Thunderbird does not use the term Spam and I do not believe that it delivers any form of Spam report. It can receive one issued by your email provider. I sign in to your account to your web e-mail providers page and check their spam folder to see what is there.

  You don't need any drive that the recovery partition is sufficient to format and reinstall the OS.

  Note, there are many people here who does not realize that the formatting of the hard drive will erase all their personal data. Every time that I am addressing this kind of things, I always mention to make sure that people understand.

  Your best bet is to make the item appear as State records of the text, and then use ajax to update the value of the description element.
