  02 ink cartridges has been used by the older models and is no longer used by any current printer.

  The latest models using this cartridge was available until 2009...

  I have a Photosmart C 4480 all-in-one printer (2 years) and use Windows XP (original version).     My printer developed problems that seem to not resolvable.

  Problem is that I have a large stock of 350 and 351 for this printer ink cartridges.

  Would prefer to find the new HP printer that uses cartridges 350 and 351.    Y at - it all?

  Have you tried checking HP site but there is no info under "product spec" what type of cartridges are used.

  There is also the additional problem in what, to search eBay or Amazon, there not much info on cartridge type on any printer for sale.

  In addition, I have a horrible feeling that HP may use different model numbers for different countries.     I am in France and cannot find all printers HP French who seem to use cartridges of 350 and 351.

  Any help to guide me in this confusion would be very much appreciated.

  Hi there, it may be difficult to source a new HP inkjet printer that will have these cartridges that they were released in 2007. Here is a list of templates that should accept these multi-format cartridge numbers.

  You are better of chance may be to find one on eBay but answer you it's a new night and not one already used from a different part of the world, since it cannot accept your 350/351 supplies because they are regionalized version EMEA of these supplies.

• My 3-in-1 uses the color cartridge for copy/printing black a black paper on the glass top...

  My 3-in-1 uses the color cartridge to black for a black document on copy/printing tray, but use black cartridge to print in black from the computer itself.

  In other words:

  (1) if I have a document with a black print in Microsoft word on my hard drive and I want to print this document in black print, while the 3-in-1 works fine. In other words, is the black cartridge can print a document in black to a black document.

  (2) if I take this same document which has just been printed in black and put one on the glass and try to produce a black document thereof using the copier function, the 3-in-1 uses the color cartridge to produce the black document... .more is very slow (the same speed it would be if I were to produce one side of color of color documents.

  Of course, it cannot be the black cartridge.

  Through a long trial and error process, I got lucky and I resolved and the resolution is not what I was expecting and makes no sense to me.

  Use the settings of the printer itself, I just changed the setting from "automatic" to the "plain" paper and the setting in 'text' value 'None '.

• Can I still use the toner cartridge after deposit of 2 and a year and a half?

  I have a HP CE505A toner cartridge model in a sealed box, but the box have a date on it his 20111003 (I think that refers to October 3, 2011). Now my question is if I unseal the box can I still use the toner cartridge (whereas 2 years and a half elapsed from the date on the box), or if I buy another cartridge of toner?

  HP Laserjet toner cartridges are usually not a particular lifecycle or expirary date or end of warranty.

  You can use all your stored correctly with your printer laserjet toner cartridges & most probably you shouldn't find any problems or defects on them, until the cartrdiges are sealed pack & storage, or weather conditions (heat, moisture, and direct light from the Sun) did not cause any damage to the cartrdiges.

  1. open the printing preferences (step 1)

  2. click on the Advanced button (step 2)

  3. click on the drop down arrow next to the print in grayscale to change black ink only.

  I see that you wonder if you need to replace the color cartridge when it is low. This printer is a printer AIO, therefore, you need to replace the ink cartridge when it becomes too weak to be able to resume printing. However, if you print mostly in black, you can configure a preset black only to print in black and white. This would help reduce the use of the color cartridges.

  NOTE: Composite black - for black and white images and photos, a mix of colors called 'composite black' can be used to achieve the quality significantly improved picture and soft gray tones that can be achieved with only black toner. For users who want to print images using just black toner, many HP printers color customer offer configurable options allowing the client to print using only black toner. For example, by selecting "print in grayscale" in the printer driver Specifies print using black ink only.   Yes, two... the first being the most important...

  (1) learn how to use the documentation in support (and Google).  If you search for addChild in the help documents that it will define what you need to know to use it.  It is the same for any other part of the AS3 language.  The help documents are a basic tool in learning/using AS3 (or any language).

  (2) use: addChild (loader);

  I couldn't really follow your description in the first post, but I expect almost a multitude of other errors unless I'm misinterpretting what you call.  Very often mistakes the consider in order, not all at once.

• DeskJet 5500: When the printer uses the 57 cartridge?

  I thank very you much for your reply to my last post. Makes perfect sense.

  I'm doing a huge amount of B & W / grey scale printing; I use 56 about two cartridges a week and I reload them successfully for a few tens of cycles each.

  My 57 cartridges also mpty very frequently while I print almost any color - the only color is perhaps a small logo on the page.

  I tried to use the gray filter in Macintosh 10.4.11 system to send a grayscale image to the printer, but the 57 cartridge still empty quickly, even if the printed color is negligible.

  If the page still contains the least amount of color, 57 cartridge automatically prints the whole page, or the cartridge 56 prints black and the 57 print the little bit of color?

  If the 57 prints the whole page if it contains ANY color, is there anything I can do in the impression of New York to get the printer to use the cartridge 56 instead? I took to remove the cartridge 57, but when I put again, the printer goes through the cycle of test page, I want to avoid if I can.

  Thanlk in advance for your help.  I can't tell you how much it means for a user that a knowledgeable HP employee has actually answered questions through this forum. Other companies to let users themselves, often to hang in the wind without usable responses.

  Many use printers, not only HP, so-called 'underprinting' this is the pose of an ink of color on the page before the black ink.  Essentially, it is a primer for the paper.  The color dries quickly and is a base for black ink, allowing it to dry and cure without spreading out on the page.  If you have already printed with the cartridges out of alignment and saw a blue or magenta shadow to your text, you see the underprinting.  That's why, when the same printing black text, the printer uses a color ink.

  This printer is able to print reserve mode, which means it can print with 1 single cartridge installed.  The printing speed may be slower, but it's an easy way to make sure you are not using any color.  For reserve mode, remove the cartridge you want to use.  (Find a hermetic place to store this vertical cartridge with the nozzles pointing down as it is when it is installed in the printer, or it will dry out and become useless!)  To leave the reserve mode, put a good cart in the empty slot.

• Problem with photosmart c4380 using the black cartridge XL

  Why my photosmart c4380 suddenly not recognize the Black XL cartridge which was working previously?  When I replace it with the previous cartridge (standard size), he seems to recognize and begins the process of allignment.  I have another XL cartridge, but at nearly £40 a go, I am reluctant to that that I'm already using waste AND another a new.  I get the warning message indicates that a cartridge is missing or not detected.  Anyone has any ideas please?

• OfficeJet Pro 8610: New printhead - printed without using the installer cartridges - want to use

  Has had a chance to offer a new free printhead when one would not accept my new replacement ink cartridges.

  Didn't I have to use new ink cartridges supplied with the new print head. On the contrary, kept all the cartridges no-SETUP, that I had just bought. Printer accepted them and printed a huge amount of things. Some of the prints seem too dark. Now the printer asks to change the cartridges and will not accept the cartridges SETUP.

  (1) is my printer not configured correctly because I haven't used the SETUP with the new print head cartridges?

  (2) is it possible that I can get the printer accepts CONFIGURATION ink cartridges so that I don't have to lose their?

  You may install and use the Turbo C on the Windows XP computer with no problems.

  Follow these steps to install Turbo C:

  a. double-click the configuration file.
  b. click "Next" when shown the "save files to the location of the folder. You can change the location if you want to by clicking on 'Edit' and then type the desired location. The default location is recommended.
  c. click "Install" when the required programs required to run Turbo C. If you don't have some of the necessary programs, click on their name and you will be taken to their site where they can be downloaded for free.
  d. click on 'Install Borland Turbo C' when the new installation wizard is displayed.
  e. click 'Install' and Turbo C will start to install. If you have any current programs on the previous screen, you will not be able to install Turbo C.
  f. click "Finish" informed of the Turbo C installation completion.
