  Sell my HP like new on eBay, I tragically lack the original box or any documentation. I don't know how to fill out some fields on the eBay site:

  1 range. As far as I know it's a HP 15 laptop. Is - this accurate enough? How could I know if it is a Pavilion, VAIO, Presario, etc.. ? There is no external marks.

  2 model. Stumped on this one completely. He will have to leave the field blank unless you have a way for me to look it up.

  3 Edition operating system. I know I have Windows 8.1. How will I know if it is Home Premium, professional or other?

  Drivers are software special low level designed to help an XP, Vista, Windows 7 operating system to communicate with the motherboard (hardware on your computer). There are drivers for Audio, network (Internet), USB, a laptop built in camera, Touchpad, etc..

  If Windows has not built in the driver (usually indicated by a? in Device Manager), you must download and install the appropriate driver from the web site of the manufacturer of the computer.

  A driver update is usually released and made available for the following reasons.

  (1) to correct a software bug.

  (2) to support a newer version of Windows (Windows 8 for example).

  (3) graphics card device drivers are generally the most frequently updated of all drivers, mainly to improve performance for games, but also when a new version of Windows is released.

  I usually do not update my drivers so I have no problems with the ones I already installed, it is because sometimes a newer driver may fix a problem while creating another.

  2 transmission, which has two business phone numbers

  Shipping of 3 company that owns two phone numbers

  On my pre, I see two entries of contacts:

  2 transmission, which has four telephone numbers of the company

  I can't get 3 company, but their phone number appears under the company 2.

  Welcome to the forums of Palm! In your specific example, open the contact for shipping of 2 company, then tap the header at the top. A list appears showing all sources of data for this contact. Tap the 3 company shipping option, then select Remove the link profile. This will separate 3 company so that it is a separate contact.

  I tried a generic parallel (IEEE 1284) USB cable got off Ebay for $1.85 cooler delivery of $1.99.  Initially, I had problems locating the printer in the Control Panel, but he found after update the available printers.  The cable was attached to the printer and then connected on the PC.  It was originally set as a virtual USB device but the printer would not work because 1) I had it attached to Port 1 and 2) the virtual printer port said that there is an error when I tried to set it up.  Frustration and especially of despair after continuing get error messages when you send a job to the printer, I unplugged the USB cable and plugged into another USB port end.  The system 'discovered' a new feature, went through the process of Setup, and I received a message that the printer is ready.  Tried to print and it worked!  However, to my dismay the printed work was seven full pages long instead of words in test doc that I have prepared.  However, the suggested parallel cable USB worked.  Thanks for the suggestion.

  I love my laser jet (model Q1319a)... it works perfectly with my laptop more old!  Now, with a new laptop running Windows 7, I can't print on laser jet.  Is there a new driver... a work-around... something to help me? It's my only printer at home and I use it a lot for the impression of volume of flyers, brochures, etc.

  This driver issue affects many of our customers, and now we are still working on a permanent solution for it.

  To avoid having to perform a full system restore every day in the meantime, you can change your preferences Windows Update prompts you to pick updates to install, then uncheck the update for printer drivers.  It is much more time that to rely on the automatic update, it will allow all your other device drivers be updated properly all by allowing you to maintain the working version of the printer drivers.  You can also choose to simply turn off the automatic update of all drivers, but windows 7 does not allow to choose which drivers updated and who ignores, meaning that you would have from time to time manually updating your device drivers too keep completely up to date.
