What is a real address of support technique microsoft

is * address email is removed from the privacy * a real microsoft tech support address? I received an e-mail below, but I am sceptical to be a real address of microsoft:

Have you contacted "their team" on the scheduled date? If so, it is probably legitimate.

If it comes from a microsoft.com, silverlight.net, or a known (other than MSN, Hotmail or Live) Microsoft site, it is legitimate. If you are not sure, after return the domain name (the forum deletes e-mail addresses so I don't know who told you that it was).

I tried the survey and it seems fine.

Your computer is not really clean or the operating system was severely damaged by the infection. Make sure that the computer is free of viruses/malware, take a look at the removal steps listed in the following link. If you were this in-depth, go to the next thing. If you were not this thorough, go through the steps.

If the computer is really clean now, and you still have problems you have described, the best solution is to backup your data and do a clean install of Windows. I understand that this is not the answer to most people, but from my experience, it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible to establish such a system damaged.

Computers, which are built by large manufacturers provided with pre-installed Windows are supplied with 2 two product keys:

    (A) OEM SLP: this key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with the special instructions isn't on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows 7 key leans on the motherboard and he sees special instructions and activates. (that's why you had no need to turn on your computer after you brought it home)

    (B) SLP COA: it's the product key that you see on the sticker on the side (or at the bottom, [or in the battery compartment]) of your computer. It is a valid product key, but must be used only in certain situations (for example, if the OEM SLP key stops automatic activation for a reason any). The key must be activated by phone. (Note: all manufacturers that use the SLP OEM system are bound by contract to include a certificate of Authenticity sticker (COA), which has a COA SLP key, on the computer)

  • Tecra M7: What types of SD cards are supported?

    Hello

I just tried a SD Transcend 150 x with 4 GB to read with my Tecra M7.
The card works find with my MDA and is formatted correctly. It also works well with a card reader.
My M7 said, it might be not formatted and wanted to format.

So my question which is: what types of SD cards are supported?

Thanks in advance and Shine On, Frank

    Hello

It seems that your laptop card reader would not be able to handle 4 GB SD cards.
Each computer laptop SD card reader supports a hardware limitation, and it seems that this card is not supported.
I m not 100% sure on taken supported card formats SD but the SD 256 MB card, 512 MB, 1024MB and 2048MB should work

A question: have you tried to use the Toshiba SD card format utility? This tool allows you to format a standard SD format SD memory card.
