What is the use of the default access in HFM

Hi gurus

What is the use of access by default and why it is used?
If we provide a default access the used data is available?

  • What is the network access Protection Agent and when should it be on?

It seems to be disabled by default in the Action Center Security Section.  What does if it is turned on?

    Hello

The network access Protection agent service collects and manages health information for client computers on a network. The information collected by the NAP agent are used to ensure that the client computer has the required software and settings. If a client computer is not compatible with the health policy, it can be equipped with restricted network access until their configuration is updated. Depending on the configuration of health policies, client computers may be automatically refreshed allowing users to quickly regain full network access without having to manually update the computer. By default, the startup type of Network Access Protection (NAP), agent service is manual under services.msc.

  • What is the difference between levels 1 to 4 of the performance monitoring? What is the default level?

What is the difference between levels 1 to 4 of the performance monitoring? What is the default level?

Collection and levels of collection intervals are two things that are used to monitor and collect statistics of performance for entities.

Research in detail what intervals of Collection and collection levels mean:

Collection intervals determine the duration for which the statistics are gathered. VirtualCenter currently has four intervals of collection: day, week, month and year.

Every interval between two collections has a default collection level that determines how the counters are used when collecting statistics. Default collection-level is set to 1 (because the minimum number of counters). This level is configurable and can be set from 1 to 4.

For more details on the intervals of the collection and the collection level (with respect to the measurements taken at each level), please see the "Collecting statistics" section, page 281 base System Administration Guide.

Hope that the information above will clarify your doubts regarding the level of default collection and what they mean.

I do not know the password by default, but you can either define easily. Just go to the network security &--> NSX edges, select your edge, click actions and identification of Climate change information. You can also enable SSH from there.

Shared Services allows to configure the users/groups of products such as Shared Services, HFM, workspace, FDM, etc., etc., etc..

In addition to the roles to users/groups; However, you will still perform security management in individual products.

For example, in Shared Services, I can grant user johndoe rights to access an application of FDM. FDM, you would manage locations, the user can access, etc.

Shared Services also enables other features such as safety reports and copy security/commissioning of an entire application to another App (for example, to create a new HFM application and then use Services shared to copy all the safety operation of an existing application that him)

  • Should what color scheme I use to sync my adobe applications? or what is the default?

    Hello

I wonder about the different color settings, what is the most commonly used? I am based in the United Kingdom so it would be wise for me to use 3 prepress Europe?

If you live in the United Kingdom, then 'Europe prepress 3' is much better than the default - but if you don't have a lot of experience 'Use general Europe' is much safer.

For RGB the safe choice is always sRGB. There are advantages to the Adobe RGB, but if you don't know what you are doing you can get into trouble. For the web, you should always use sRGB.

If you use CMYK offset printing, you need a specific profile to use in all cases, and you need to get it directly from the printer. In Europe, which is generally ISO Coated FOGRA39, but don't assume that whatever it is. CMYK is a Pandora's box in any case, better to avoid until you know your way around (or prepare a steep learning curve).

Above all, always have color management policies defined to "preserve embedded profiles. It's the default, do not change. And always incorporate the profile. With the setting "preserve" it's automatic, except to save for Web which you should check.

(BTW these presets have no particular meaning and you can have your own custom settings, and they do not have to be synchronized. But for now let's not complicate this more necessary).

  • What are the default programs to use to start a Windows Vista home Premium

Several programs are running at startup, what is the solution for this.

Should we indicate programs that must be in the start menu to the top

try to do a cleanboot following the instructions

Perform a clean boot Note if the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.

    1. Log the computer by using an account with administrator rights.
    2. Click Start

type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or clickcontinue.

    3. On the general tab, click to select the Selective startupoption, and then click to clear the Load Startup items check box option. (The box use the Boot file is not available.)
    4. On the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click disable all.

Note Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

    5. Click OK, and then click restart.

  • What is the default font in Windows 7?

I have a sort of a time trying to figure that out, but I'll try to find a font Windows decent that looks good anywhere like XP, but I don't know what to choose and I don't know what XP used or even which uses Windows 7.

I know how to change things, but knowing the value default for each could help me decide. I try with ClearType on and outside, but I continue to turn in the same text hard to read which is either crushed or seems smeared. It is not the same experience good all over as it was with XP, although I'd rather not have the pixelated look on text.

    Hello

Segoe UI is the default font in Windows 7. Segoe UI is a humanist typeface family that is best known for its use by Microsoft. Microsoft uses Segoe UI in their marketing materials online and print, including recent logos for a number of products. In addition, the Segoe UI font family is used by many Microsoft applications. This is the default font in Windows Vista and Windows 7. The font is also used for Outlook.com, e-mail service from Microsoft which has replaced the previous Hotmail.

    Thank you.
