  you're poorly understand the concept of emulation. It works like a virtual machine: imitate you (virtualization) a disk, you do not have (in this case: a SNES / Super Famicom console) and a virtual disc (in this case: a virtual SNES cartridge) in this player.   This could be the result of malware, or it could be a mistake with service pack 2.

  Download, update and perform a quick scan with Malwarebytes. If there is no threat detected then you know that the issue is probably with sp2. Nevertheless, you need to update to sp3. Make sure that the system is also a free malware first.
