• What just happened to my Photos app? I need help please. :(

  You do not have the application, simply to reinstall this App do the following.

  1. open the store, right-click the main screen and select your applications on the top toolbar.

  2. you will see 2 drop-down menus in the top/left. Select applications from the first menu and sort by name from the second menu.

  3. Locate the Photos App and click on the application.

  4. on the bottom of the toolbar, click the install icon.

• Folder icons do not show small image of what's inside

  On Vista, I would like to add a folder with pictures in it and the record would show a small picture of pictures on the edge.  I uprgaded to Windows 7 RTM and Vista old records still show that I mentioned, but all folders that I created with Windows 7 are just ordinary regular folder icon no matter what size see you on.  Any ideas?

  Thank you!  A bit silly as they did in Windows 7.  Your suggestion helped.  I did it another way, using the same method, I guess.  Before moving my new image files in the pictures folder, let them on the desk for a while.  I created a new folder on the desktop, all new records fell in PIC, in properties/customize I optimized for photos and clicked on the default option of restore below.  It worked, you can drag the folders back and they now have the icon of content on the edge of the record.
