  I am unable to start Creative Cloud synchronization of file under Mac OSX 10.9.3. By clicking on 'Start Sync' in the screenshot below causes the creative dialog box clouds white Flash and then the page "Start syncing" appears again.

  

  By clicking on the new button and it seems a whir in life (see below), but after some time looks like it times out and goes back to the screen "Start Sync".
