  I am the owner of a laptop Asus U43f, which I am brand new at the time that Windows 8 is out. I was promised that the laptop would have all the features of Windows 8 and therefore was sold in several other laptop brands. However, come to discover, for the last year or so, I could not update my laptop to Windows 8.1 due to a kind of incompatibility of the pilot, an Asus or Microsoft could and should probably be fixed now. Whenever I go to an older operating system to 8.1, it comes back and whenever I install a new copy, my laptop emits a shrill sound and I have to wipe the drive and reinstall Windows 7 or 8. Communicating with both their technical support lines gets me nowhere outside to lose hours on with Microsoft Remote Desktop connection, and a few seconds, they say that there is nothing to waste Asus is willing to do on their respective lines. Anyone who uses 8 knows that the 8.1 is the way to go, because it contains several basic features that Windows 8 is not, however users like me are either locked in 7 or forced to 8, just because of a driver. So my question is this, when this laptop "Windows 8 Compatible' is going to get real support Windows 8? I hope that somehow this can be brought to the attention of Microsoft or Asus, although it probably won't.

  The responsibility to make your Windows 8.0/8.1-compatible computer is ASUS, not Microsoft if my suggestion is that you ask ASUS. If it's never going to be they will have to put at the disposal of the drivers.  Hope this helps and if you need another post to help and we will be happy to help you.

  There are already several posts about it. Register for the test just impregnation gives you a chance to receive an invitation for the penetration test. Not everyone who registers receives soaking. So relax and just wait for the official ota that should happen soon.

  Hey guys just a quick question.

  bascailly, I'm working on the first line of support for a company and we have created a software for the United Kingdom NHS, basically our software is used by doctor general practitioner through the United Kingdom to read documents electronically.

  a question we seem to become much lately is certain parts of our software will disappear and then when it is closed, we get the usual "software encounterd a problem and needs to close" and the module faulitng error. When event viewer is selected the below appears.

  Failing application dme7_client.exe, version 7.1.0.270, failing module shdocvw.dll, version 6.0.2900.6212, address 0x000b26fe failure

  It seems that the only way to solve this problem is the newspaper on a differnet and use them as seems to be the specific user. does anyone have any ideas of what we can try to solve this problem without obiously the user with a different account?

  I'm curious, what exactly is your problem?

  The system requirements for PSE14 and ss14 requires Quick Time 7 on Win or Mac.

  I just checked that I had not installed on my PSE14 on 10 to win Quick Time 7. No problem, but I rarely videos, and I have other viewing software like VLC media player.

  Just out of curiosity, I installed Quick Time 7 without problem.

  Wouldn't be a problem with Premiere Elements or Mac?

  qWAVE.dll (without the "s32") is a legitimate file for Vista and Windows 7 but not XP.

  Searches on Google for "qwaves32.dll" and "netdolst.dll" increase only highly questionable links.

  When a search in no hits or suspicious hits result, the answer is usually that the file in question is linked to the malicious software and your anti-malware application has deleted or quarantined file, but left to the Windows registry entry that tries to start the malicious software when you start your computer.  Given that you know on torrents (and downloaded them?) increases the likelihood that you had (or still have) malicious software on your computer.

  First of all, download, install, update and run both of these free analysis tools:
  MalwareBytes AntiMalware
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  Do not run the scans at the same time.  They can take some time, so start an and then go for a non computer chore for awhile.

  If the scans does not solve the problem (and they can't, because the actual malware dll file has already been processed), then download and run Autoruns.  Click on the "Connection" tab and look in the column 'Image path' for the dll named in your error message.  If it is not displayed in the connection tab, click the "all" tab and use the file > search tool.  A characteristic of the search of Autoruns tool is that you must move the selection under the element line "found" before you "Find Next."

  Once you find the line with the file in question, either "delete" or (if you want to be safer) uncheck the box.  The latter prevents the line running, but you can reactivate it later by removing the check mark.
