When I connect creative cloud it shows my apps but they are showing them as a trial. I have a monthly subscription I paid and it shows in my account but is not letting me sign in Photoshop or Lightroom.
How can I return my Photoshop and Lightroom? It is showing them that tests and Photoshop is over and Lightroom ends soon. I have a monthly fee that I pay for Photoshop and Lightroom and it appears in my account and getting out of my control.

Creative cloud runs in the background, but does not open
I have many many problems with this terrible software. No two days the same thing. Today, that it does not open. It shows as running in the Task Manager. but does not open. I have deleted using the Task Manager and tried again, but it still fails to open. I am close to deletion and return to the stand-alone version. This is ridiculous. Anyone can help?

Creative Cloud Desktop shows installed Lightroom when it is not and will not upload.
I bought and installed 6 Lightroom before realizing that there was no update as with Lightroom 2015. I uninstalled Lightroom 6 then bought a subscription to Creative Cloud with Lightroom and Photoshop. When I download Creative Cloud Desktop, it opens saying that Lightroom is up-to-date, even if I uninstalled version 6. I can't Lightroom CC to download since Creative Cloud Desktop think it is already installed. Any ideas on how to overcome this barrier?
I had already tried these steps and it did not help. In my case I had to uninstall all Adobe products (Flash, Reader, etc.) and rerun the creative cloud cleaner, manually search in my registry for every vestige of Adobe Lightroom and restart before I could reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop and get installed Lightroom.

Please try clicking on ' Check for Updates App "under the gear icon in the desktop creative cloud application.
If this does not help, please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You don't need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop application. Once the creative cloud desktop application has been removed by using the uninstall program, please reinstall according to these instructions:

I realized that I had a message to update for a while then when I checked, I found that the app CC was missing. I downloaded and installed the application, but it will not update of software. In the creative cloud Panel, the only options I get are the Home tab to check the activity and the Stock tab. The applications tab is missing. How can I get that back so I can update photoshop and lightroom?

CC will not let me sign in - wants me to start a 30-day trial
Today, my CC has suddenly decided that I had to sign for a new installation CC or start a 30 day trial. I updated and rebooted and still it will NOT LET ME SIGN IN. I stayed in this during more than an hour and am so frustrated I tried to activate the free trial version, but it won't let me do no more. I'll have to contact the forum because by clicking "chat" on Customer Service Adobe has no connection, so it's not useful. $50 a month you'd think I'd be able to get some help signing in. Can someone help me with this problem?

This can happen if the site map is not no web hosting. Muse published sites are web hosting site, if the site map is other than web hosting, then it asks you to upgrade the site instead of launching the site.
Also if you use a different account of BC, which is not pursued for the subscription of the CC then also it asks you to upgrade the site.
