Creative cloud day show and is not open

I installed creative cloud and then through this app, installed Premiere Pro. After complete installation, it is said to the place of the Open button. I tried all the solutions of this website,https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html , including the cleaner Cloud application, but the problem still persists. Please try clicking on ' Check for Updates App "under the gear icon in the desktop creative cloud application.
If this does not help, please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You don't need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop application. Once the creative cloud desktop application has been removed by using the uninstall program, please reinstall according to these instructions:

Uninstalled creative cloud; Why CS6 apps does not open?
I cancelled my Creative Cloud 2014 subscription two weeks ago. Wanted to just use CS6 apps rather (Photoshop, InDesign). At that point, they still opened fine. But every day, Adobe sent a message of RENEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, huge, boring box. So I tried to uninstall CC2014: both the apps and the CC Manager. Apparently, it was a mistake. Because now these CS6 apps won't open; Instead, I get a RENEWED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION box that directs me to the subscription manager to renew the creative cloud.
So I tried to reinstall the program to uninstall creative cloud for re - uninstall. Did not help. I tried to use the cleaner creative cloud. Did not help. Even reinstalled CS6 from the original CD. These applications will not always be open. I have to assume there is some software glitch - a few rest line coding, perhaps, of a bad uninstall - blocking audit for CS6 on the Mac.
What can I do to get these apps CS6 to open? They open fine on my Mac for backup. Then of course, there is a small problem that I need to correct on my primary iMac.

Creative Cloud App for desktop does not open
I've migrated all my files over my old laptop. The cloud files transferred so creative. When I went to open creative cloud for the office, it has not been started. I have redownloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, etc several times and nothing doesn't seem to start the program. Uninstalls include all creative cloud apps. The title says it pretty well. I installed creative cloud and several apps last night. During installation, I was told that I had to close outlook and word, which I did, and then I finished the installation. Since that time, Outlook does not open. I currently have three computers. A 2010 iMac, a Macbook Pro 2012 and a new Macbook pro 2014. I disconnected and uninstalled creative cloud of the iMac. After buying the new MacBook Pro (2014), I used the mobile 2012 to copy my user profile on the laptop latest (including Adobe applications and cloud creative). However, when I try to open a project from the external hard drive, that I worked out, I get this message:

When I go to this link, I get a prompt to download creative cloud (No Manager applications). Of course, I redownload creative cloud and gives me the steps to install but once the creative cloud installation progress bar ends and CC open, the window is empty and I wonder not identify or anything. I can't access all projects or connect to my computer CC on this new account be.
I deleted the file opm.db in the folder "OOBE" and I restarted the application. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I restarted my computer. I have tried everything for the last hours and made absolutely no progress.
I'm pretty stressed about it than the projects I work on are time sensitive. Any help would be greatly appreciated as chat customer support just left me on hold for almost an hour and I have not found a solution in the forums.

In het Creative Cloud window geeft hij dat aan update of Lightroom is, wat zou betekenen dat als ik er op klik hij zou like open maar dat gebeurd niet. ALS ik op het bureaublad pictogram klik squeeze ik een foutmelding (toepassingsfout). IK heb het manage programma al twee keer Hotel doors en opnieuw gedownload en heb echt geen wat ik nog kan doen meer idea. Bij voorbaat dank!

I was never able to access these features in the window of creative cloud. I tried to access the OOBE folder to remove the file from opm.db to . There is no file opm.db. I followed the advice from another thread and delete the contents of the OOBE folder. This did not solve my problem. I left the window of creative cloud open for a whole day hoping that would solve the problem. He did not. Thanks for any help you can provide this issue.
Thomasc11484006 have you tried to run the uninstall program Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application and then put it back? Instructions and the uninstall program can be found at code error 2 or 50: Creative Cloud desktop application update doesn't have. I bought and installed 6 Lightroom before realizing that there was no update as with Lightroom 2015. I uninstalled Lightroom 6 then bought a subscription to Creative Cloud with Lightroom and Photoshop. When I download Creative Cloud Desktop, it opens saying that Lightroom is up-to-date, even if I uninstalled version 6. I can't Lightroom CC to download since Creative Cloud Desktop think it is already installed. Any ideas on how to overcome this barrier?
I had already tried these steps and it did not help. In my case I had to uninstall all Adobe products (Flash, Reader, etc.) and rerun the creative cloud cleaner, manually search in my registry for every vestige of Adobe Lightroom and restart before I could reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop and get installed Lightroom.
