I tried all the other posts, but they are old answers and most of the stuff no longer works. Can someone please help me get this off my computer. My ipad will be here next week and I need ITUNES!
Hello
1. could you give us the exact error message?
You must uninstall all previous installations of iTunes, then try a new installation. The items below should help you resolve the issue.

old version of Hello can not be removed contact your technical support group. Please help, thanks
To perform a "clean" iTunes installation uses this technique proposed, from Support of Apple HT1926 article.
Warning: uninstall utility for cleaning Windows mentioned in the instructions below has been removed from Microsoft download servers because sometimes it seems more removed he was supposed to (I think that this phenomenon was linked to the bureau uninstalls). You can still get utility Windows Installer Cleanup--> http://majorgeeks.com/Windows_Installer_CleanUp_Utility_d4459.html here is a free alternative Revo Uninstaller. Before using these cleaning products, you must create a restore point from the system first (or back up the registry with C:\WINDOWS\ERUNT). See http://windowsxp.mvps.org/registry.htm a complete disk image would be safer if you have this ability.
Go to control panel > Add/Remove programs
Remove these applications:
1 Apple Software Update
2. Apple Mobile Device Support
3 Hello
4 iPod for Windows (this may or may not exist, be it, it is not necessary, then we can remove it)
5 iTunes
6 QuickTimeOpen my computer > C: > Program Files
Delete this files (if present)
1 iPod
2 iTunes
3 QuickTimeEmpty your temp directory:
Open my computer > C: > Documents & Settings > username > Local Settings and delete the contents of the folder called "Temp".If you don't see the local settings, enable hidden files:
Tools > Folder Options > view tab
Select Show Hidden Files & folder, and then click OKOnce this file is empty, restart the computer
Download & install the Windows Installer Cleanup (see caution above) utility
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/290301/
Launch the utility: start > programs > Windows Installer Clean Up
Select one of the applications mentioned above and click on removeRestart the computer

Original title: problem with Hello spoil reinstall iTunes on my PC
I uninstalled itunes today because of the problem with Hello, I'll tell (he was a snake swallowing its tail of history with this type), and now when I try to re - install, installation of demolitions for itunes, if Quicktime is going in, and then I like the old version of Hello cannot be deleted and to contact my technical support group.
Hello shows in Add/Remove Programs, but it will not uninstall. I used utility Eraser Tolvanen to crush every vestige and iteration of Hello I can find on my machine and other research increase nothing, but each try to install itunes is always abandoned for the old (imaginary?) version of Hello. I uninstalled Quicktime, too, before trying to re - install itunes.
One thing I can relate on the behavior of Hello, she was turning on my machine 5 - 10 times a week for a few months now.
I'm on a PC running XP Pro; What else can I tell you about my system?
Hi Neill Augustine,Try the methods listed in this article to resolve the problem:Here's a similar question of Apple support post. Check if the suggestion given in the link also helps.
iTunes 9.1 fails to install with service Hello on Windows 7 Ultimate x 64
If that doesn't work, post your request in Support Apple Hello communities for assistance on this issue.

I recently installed the trial Adobe XI and end of the trial period, so I wanted to revert to the version that I already had. I didn't know any uninstall feature and my old version is apparently replaced by the trial version. I can not re - install a version previous b/c I need a product Id (God alone knows where it is now) and a way to uninstall the trial. Any ideas?
When you installed the trial, it should have been an option for ignoring your current installation and let. Apparently you skipped this case. To uninstall the trial (in Windows) go to control panel > programs and features and select XI Acrobat and choose uninstall. After uninstallation, run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html to clean your system. HOWEVER, if you see your old Acrobat in this window, do not run the vacuum cleaner, but do a repair on the old version.
You did not mention the old version you had. You could try http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. With respect to S/N, you should have the registry and if so you can get it from Adobe. The instructions are at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html#adobeproductdownload.
Be sure to save any download of the old Installer and the S/N for CD or HD backup for future use. They will likely not be available.

I have an old PC running Windows XP Home on the internet, has lost the MP240 printer driver. You want to download the drivers for it on my Vista Home Premium to install in the old PC. I can't get the internet to work with the old PC, or I want to download the drivers directly here. I found a few options for pilots with the Vista computer, but they all want allows you to download the diagnostic and I won't be using this printer on my Vista computer, so I don't want to do it this way. Any place that I can just download the DRIVER ONLY and put it on a disk to load in the old PC. Help, please
I think you'll find a driver here: http://software.canon-europe.com/products/0010645.asp

My O.S. is W.7. 32-bit.
Before, I recently upgraded to XP and using MS Word 2007, I have a (short) Sound Clip of pre-registration<60 secs. )="" and="" then="" insert="" it="" into="" my="">60>
A small icon that looks like a speaker appeared on the Document and that the beneficiary would have left click on it to hear the recording. The Sound Recorder with W7 now seems much more rudimentary than the old version, and I can't find any way to insert messages into My Documents.
Is this even possible or has Microsoft taken a step backward here?
I'd appreciate some help here. Thanks in advance. Mech-Tech.
Original title: Sound Recorder
If I've understood your problem, try this. Create a shortcut to "soundrecorder /file outputfilename.wav" (without the quotes).
Then start soundrecorder via this shortcut and start and stop the recording, it will save so (hopefully) as a wav as before.
I think the problem is, W7 soundrecorder, by default, saves to wma.
If not, try a 3rd free part program such as Audacity (which seems like overkill, but should do the job).
I hope this will help.

I have Firefox 8.0.1 and since the update to it, some sites, I need to go so that Firefox will not accept certificates which is accepted in the previous version. I can not get the permanent exception and must uncheck permanent
You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:
- Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file
It is not usually necessary to create an exception for the certificates.
Possible causes are that a server does not send the full (intermediate) certificate chain or self signed certificates. -

Hello
I just finished the free 30 day trial of Adobe Acrobat. I went and downloaded a paid version of the software (but with less features). I had to remove the upgraded to this version. I have paid but now cannot find the program on my laptop (which is Windows 10). It was about 30 minutes ago. Anyone know what happened?
Thank you
Hello
Please check with the name of the file.
However, you only have to download an earlier version.
Adobe does not sell any of the previous plus versions.
You can only use the trial for the previous version.
You will need to go to Acrobat DC.
You can search by the path of the product or search in downloads.

Maintain the PDF overlay when you open in the old version of Illustrator?
As the title explains, I was wondering if it would be possible to avoid the loss of data when you open a PDF file in an older version of Illustrator. I have a client who still use CS5 and needs to have editable PDF files that maintain their hierarchy.
Currently standing, I get the error 'this file has been generated by a newer version of Illustrator', which flattens the work in a single layer. Is there a workaround for this, or am I out of luck?
Thank you in advanced for your help.
You cannot save a PDF file that is fully editable in an earlier version of Illustrator. But you could save an AI that is somewhat modifiable in an earlier version if you follow the advice of SRiegel.

I can't update my Firefox 12.0. I keep seeing messages that say my system is outdated and vulnerable to attacks. I don't know much about the right way to download and open things. Could you please give me detailed instructions on how to upgrade my Firefox 12.0 to a newer version.
These computers usually use Xandros, a linux version is more actively developed. Unfortunately, I don't think that there is a good way to update Firefox on these machines. I suggest that you install a new version of linux (Ubuntu is very popular and easy to use). It's a bit beyond the scope of this proceeding, however, I suggest looking on a few linux forums. They can help you find a version of linux that is more modern, faster and more secure and help you with the installation and set up. You will be able to use the most recent Firefox at this point here, your OS will be updated and faster.

Is it possible to update the first pro and still be able to use the projects of the old version
Is it possible to update the first pro and still be able to use the projects of the old version
You can open projects from versions with Premiere Pro, Yes. But I agree with Bob - make a copy of the project and open the copy. You won't be "up the Creek" if something goes wrong.
