When I open Lightoom or Photoshop, they open in restricted mode even with active subscription

I can log on and log off CC through the CC Adobe app and I can install and uninstall Photoshop and Lightroom, and my account shows my subscription is up to date.

OS is OS X 10.11.3, happens on two machines (desktop and laptop) - and yet I can correctly connect through the CC app or Web site. I have no other problem of internet connectivity.

But the applications open in mode 'reduced functionality' and try to connect through the application (using help-> Sign In), he asked me to pay for a subscription because my 'judgment' is over.

Sometimes when I try to login, I get "We're sorry, we are unable to connect to the Adobe server now".

Someone else has the same problem?
