  The warranty on a TX is only 1 year from the date of purchase.  Yours is way past the period covered.

  The switch was a small part of the TX.  Pressing any other button will turn on the unit, and it will turn off let it expire.

  In the Menu Help-> Sign out and close Muse.

  Restart the Muse and Help menu-> connect you again.

  Follow the steps and check if they help.
   
  Step 1:

  Or, you can uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers.
   
  a. click on START
  b. click Control Panel.
   
  You should have a few icons to come.
  If you do not, you must make sure that you have enabled the classic view.

  I use Photoshop CC 2015and normally I change opacity by pressing the numbers in my keyboard (on top of the letters), and I don't really know that I supported on that something has changed.

  I think that here you will find some information about the configuration and properties of the touchpad. I guess the touchpad has been configured and different parameters are assigned to the touchpad area!
