  1. is the specific issue confined to zip files?

  2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  3. is there any software zip file that is installed on your computer?

  First of all, I suggest you try to access a different zip file and check if you are able to open. This will help us know if the problem is with the zip file special or the application.

  I suggest you do a right click on the particular file and select extract and check if you are able to access the particular file.

  You can try opening the pictures/Lightroom folder. Looking for a file with the extension .lrcat. If you find one, double-click on it and see if Lightroom will start and open this catalog. It must be frustrating to have this happen. When I upgraded to Windows 10 I have no such problems.

  Try to uncheck the option preferences > performance > CPU graph use.  There is an obscure bug that causes presets do not display correctly.  Not sure if it will affect, but it is easy to try.

  If this does not help, try to reset the preference of LR: reset the lightroom - updated - Lightroom Forums preferences file.  LR soils is not uncommon of preferences, and when that happens, their reset may fix a surprising number of behaviors wobbly.

  This means that your rules are in the wrong order. All other things being equal,
  later rules override the previous rules. If you were specifying all four link
  accurate, you would do them in this order:

  link
  visited
  hover
  assets

  If you do things via the tabs in DW and not to look at the code CSS,
  specify the rules visited before specifying the rules of hover.

  You work directly with the CSS at all? You find that you are a: visited
  code and move it.

  You need this:

  a: visited {}
  [your rules]
  }

  over this:

  a: hover {}
  [your rules]
  }

  Do not forget to copy / paste the entire rule, including the closing curly
  media.

  Open windows control panel, open Folder Options and click the view tab.  If there is a check mark in the box "Always show icons, never thumbnails", click on the checkbox uncheck the box, then click apply and then click Ok.
