  This could be a problem with your keyboard. For example if your House key was stuck or if you accidentally touch while scrolling the page would jump to the top of the screen. If possible, try to connect to another keyboard and test to see if the same thing happens.

  Another possibility is that your mouse has a top button which is on the Home button. While scrolling if you accidentally hit this button, the page jump to the top.

  It is not clear if you use a POP3 server or an IMAP account - it sounds as if it were an IMAP.  I don't know how messages get tossed into the trash from Yahoo rather than be removed.  You could try to remove the account, closing and reopening of Winmail opener and then adding the new account.  This resolve sometimes strange questions.  Also check interference antivirus (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).

  I've been using dreamweaver MX 2004 for about a year and have never had a problem to my memories of small sports site. However, a few weeks ago, when I went to update my site it suddenly stopped working. I went through the same process I have hundreds of times in the past: the files saved and click 'submit' to put on the web. Now when I look at the remote site in dreamweaver it also shows that the updated files are there, however when the url is displayed, the site still shows the old files. I downloaded a trial version of the new dreamweaver CS4 to see if that was the problem, but I get the same result. I tried to understand this out for a few weeks now and it drives me crazy, any help would be greatly appreciated! I guess its something of what little I have accidentally changed, but I just can't understand it.

  Have you tried to delete the cache of your browser?  You refresh your page?  If you see your files updated on the server, they should be online too.  You can post the URL here and ask if we see new features (which you can identify).
