  I had a problem with my iTunes (12.4.3.1). I can't reach my playlists inside. I mean, they are there, they exist, because when I sync my iPhone, my playlists are there. Here is a screenshot:

  

  I have an iMac with an earlier version of iTunes (12.1.0.50) but, in my iMac, there is a menu item for my playlist right after 'My music' up there. I have looked everywhere in the menus, navigation bars, searched on Google and have not found an answer to this.

  Last January, I've changed my AppleID to a new email address. But I think that Apple always thinks that I have an old email address.

  Then, I connected my iPhone to my laptop to back it up. I him have not done since the end of last year.   I understand that you have a new iPhone, and you try to save up to iTunes on your PC.  However, I'm sure about your comment "I changed my Apple ID."   Do you mean you went on the appleid.apple.com site and edited your Apple ID existing, or that you mean that you have created a new Apple ID?   Looks like you have created a new Apple ID, and if this is the case, you will not be able to access any purchase you make on your old Apple ID.

  What I would say is to contact our Apple ID account security team so that they can help you straighten it.  Once you do, you will be able to re-download your past purchases, and to save your iPhone again use iCloud or iTunes.   I would add some general information for you below, but in your situation, I think that individual support with someone who can access your account would be the best course of action.

• Where are the backup of files from a backup Iphone 3 G slot on a computer?

  I looked in the Apple site and I followed the steps and they aren't there. I have windows 7 also. I talked to Apple and they had me go through the control panel and check a box to view all the hidden files and folders. Then they had me go through computer / C drive / users / username folder / App data / roaming / Apple Computer / mobilesync / backup / and they are not there. Apple told me to contact Dell since I was a Dell cpmputer. I contacted Dell and they told me that I had to take 100s of dollars in order to help that is a bunch of BS, so here I am at my last resort. Hope someone can help me here. However my computer is configured for backups is not how I put in place. I have tons of files it would take too long to download again. Uninstalling Itunes and reinstalling would help the issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  This isn't where the music is supposed to be.  As indicated in the link provided above: "Although iTunes backs up most of the settings your device, downloaded applications, your audio, video and pictures do not appear in the backup."

  The iPhone uses two separate terms - backup and sync and sync music is optional.  My music sync is stored in C:\Users\Username\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music (or just music LibraryiTunes\iTunes Media\Music).

  Try to reset the App Store:

  Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

  Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

  If you are connected to the same Apple ID you used with the old iPhone, just open the App Store App and look in the tab under purchased for applications updates.

  The app to play music is called music. It can be found on the home screen, or could be in a separate folder. If you see the screen for the Apple's music, you must tap on the link for "Go to My Music".

  This step must be completed before you can go to the next step in creating an App Store account. It is only for the purpose of verification and just incase accidentally make you an in - app purchase.

  You skipped step 1 (probably because nobody has directed you to this article before).  Now, look at step 5.  You selected "Advanced" and "Destructive recovery" or not?

  If you have not selected "Destructive recovery" your files may still be on your hard drive.  I'm not familiar with what HP 'standard system recovery', but we can at least is what is usually called a "repair installation" of the operating system.  This should not delete your photos and documents, although if a new user profile has been created, you can not see them immediately.

  If you remember the name of at least one file, do a search for it.  Tell the research i Local Disk (C) "search in" (i.e., to search the entire drive).  If the files are found, post back for directions or take a look at this article from HP:

  You are referring to the list of apps on this screen box, that you use to select what apps to sync / update / delete the phone? If you are then you have your downloaded applications in the Mac iTunes library (which is where the listbox is populated of)-If you don't proceed to the purchase section and download them on your Mac (account > option purchased menu; or the link purchased under quick links on the right hand side of the iTunes store home page)
