While the headset is plugged in, there is no noise heard.

Hi, my laptop computer brand Acer isn't

The product name is Esxtensa 5220.

My Windows system is Ultimate(64Bit) 7

I have installed a Adiou driver or Audio related software when I installed Windows 7 because when I look at the official Acer site, I have not found all the Audio drivers for Windows 7(64Bit).

I now have a problem not to hear a sound, while only the headphone is plugged. However, I hear a sound from the speaker.

This is screen below shows that the helmet is connected to my laptop.

This is screen below shows that the headphone is not plugged to my laptop.

This screenshot below shows that the audio device is detected in Device Manager.

It's screenshot below shows the Audio preporties.

NOTE: Headset works well when it plug it into another laptop HP.

Should I install a Audio driver or Audio related software? If Yes, then where I can find them?

Any comments would be much appreciated.

I now see your screenshots.

Regarding your curiosity, I can only imagine that it's a software bug or glitch has been postponed inadvertently on the language pack that is not due to a problem with your hardware. I think that Windows registry settings can be modified to hide the Arab view when you choose the option of the interface in English. However, unless this bug is a major problem for you, I try to do as the registry change can create other issues that could disable your system.

Hey all. I desperately need help. I have a laptop "Durabook" with Windows XP meidand service pack 3 update.  The internal speakers have never turned off when I plug a headset or headphone cable of the adapter into the outlet. It is an option that I have figured out. All my other laptops have silenced the computer speakers when headphones are connected.

The most frustrating problem I have is in Media Player when you use the tab OUT, when I insert a cd Ripper in the computer, it is not recognized.  If I close and reopen WMP (Windows Media Player) cd, the cover and all the info of the cd is here and ready to be torn APART. Once the cd ends and ejects I insert another cd and nothing happens. Once again, I've closed and reopened WMP and evrything is ready to be torn APART again.

Please please help.  I can't be the only one who had this problem.  I removed all anti-virus programs, removed and reinstalled WMP, twice.

    I'd appreciate any help.

    Thank you all

  • Satellite A30 switch of the battery, while the AC is plugged

I've had my A30 for 3 years now, but recently it has begun to move to the power of the battery while it is still plugged into current alternative. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Hello

In my opinion, there are two possibilities:
First the adapter has a fault or cable is broken and there is sometimes power fluctuations.
The second possibility could be bad connection between AC and power plug on the laptop or between the power supply and the motherboard.

However, I don't think you have enough experience to solve alone. I recommend you contact the ASP in your country for the control of the laptop.

  • No sound when the headset is plugged into the audio input jack

When I plugged headphones into the audio jack, there is no sound.  The noise comes from the internal speakers.  I just installed System Mechanic and ran a system of analysis.  I don't know if the registry has been changed or what.  It is not a problem with the headphones; I tried another helmet and have the same problem.  The phone detects the headset, an icon in the Notifications area saying that a device has been connected.

I use the headset to get a sound in a stereo amp output but I want TV sound when the car radio is turned off.

The only way it works is to unplug the cable from the headphones.
The reaso for the use of the headphone output is so I can have a stereo sound during playback of a dvd.

No, I don't think that this is possible.

    Hello

My A40 is plugged completely happy and light on the front is to prove her it's ok. However Windows shows it as being a battery which stop making me update SP2 etc.

Toshiba Power saver software shows the same. The battery meter displays a full icon but reported as unknown battery life.

    Any ideas.

    Hello

first of all make sure that power management is enabled in the BIOS settings and is controlled by the operating system. (ACPI/APM settings) I don't know if you can disable this feature by accident on your model of laptop or if there is an entry at all on the power management, nut in the case where there is, it switches ON.

There can also be some related motherboard driver that is missing or messed up (misinterpreted) Windows. You can check first, if there is a conflict with the settings in the device associated with the devices in System Manager. If there is a yellow sign next to one of these devices, you will need to address this issue by the resettlement of some drivers.

Alternatively, you can save all of your work from your laptop and reinstall the laptop recovery CD. More than 70 percent of the pilot, the problems, it's easier healing.

Whatever the result will be, please be so kind and come back to share your findings for future reference and assistance.

  • Lost my battery life while the charger is plugged!

I had a lot of trouble with my Windows Vista Basic on my level of battery charge. Even when my charger is plugged in it does not, but stay the same % now im only to left %4 and maybe isn't able to return if I turn off my comp. Please ANSWER QUICKLY

You are right.  This has nothing to do with the Office, this is not a good place to post.

You should contact your PC vendor.  The charger, the battery or the motherboard (where the load circuit) has a problem.

Here are the solutions I tried, in and out of safe mode:

While the plug-and-play was still there at all, and I tried to go I still receive error message 2. could not locate the file.

In CMD sfc/scannow reached 32%, then breaks down, saying: it finds corrupted files, but could not fix.

It Startin via msconfig did not work.

Tried to go through Device Manager, which is completely empty for some reason any.

System Restore is restoring before this problem. When you attempt a restore, plug-and-play service is not returned to the existence, defective or otherwise.

For the most part just download windows 10 and then by restarting the computer as if nothing happened. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

    Hello

Welcome to the Microsoft community. I will certainly help you with the problem you are experiencing.

I would like to ask you:

    • You are running Windows 7 or Windows 10 on your PC?
    • When was the last time it was working fine? Remember to make changes to the computer before this problem?

Given that you are unable to complete the scan of SFC and Task Manager is empty, usually reinstall or do a repair install is the best choice of action. However, we can try to fix these files and check if that helps. To do this, refer to the steps below:

    1. Open the start menu and type "cmd".
    2. Right-click on the command prompt and click "run as administrator".
    3. Type the following commands and press ENTER after each.

    DISM.exe / Online/Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe / Online/Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

After you run these commands, restart the system and check.

    You can also view,

If you are using Windows 7 and have the product key for this. You try to run an upgrade in Place to fix all the corruptions.

I accidently deleted pictures from the camera chip while it was in drive d:, but before that I copied them to the hard drive.  Is there a way to recover?

    Hello

What version of Windows are you using?

If it is deleted from the memory card, it can not be recovered. However, there are some third-party applications or the tool that will help you recover photos. If you have saved the pictures on the hard drive and deleted, so you can check in the trash.

  • I have no sound via the USB plug in the headset. But I do get sound by analog means. Everything takes? s

I get no sound through my USB plug in the headset. But I do get sound by analog channel on my set of speakers. Everything takes?

I would check the Manager devices to see if all your sound drivers are installed and working.  Click Start, right-click computer, and click Properties.  Then click on Device Manager.  If none of the entries have exclamation points or question marks, you need to get a Windows 7 compatible driver for them.

I hope this helps.  Good luck.

So they are pregnant Dell with standard 3.5 mm USB powered plug (* and even the green port plug in as shown in the picture)?

Therefore, the USB plugged into the port in the back of the computer for power to the speakers?  Try a different USB port - just to see if the chosen one does not provide the necessary power.

Make sure that the speakers are turned on and the volume is turned all the top (to the right).

Make sure that the sound output is not cut on your computer (plug in the headphones to check what you mean by them.

Plug the 3.5 mm of the speaker to the green port on the computer (see photo above.)
