White screen on the new user account... Help!

I created a new administrator account on my laptop, password protected.  When I connect to the account, I get a white screen Uni.  I tried the Task Manager / run / explorer.exe with no luck.

I also tried safe mode, the tool File Checker system to analyze the system files, the problem still exists.

Help, my husband is anxious to start to use the computer with their own account.

Here is an article about a similar problem and may allow your situation:http://www.brooks-bilson.com/blogs/rob/index.cfm/2009/1/5/Fix-for-Vistas-The-User-Profile-Service-service-failed-the-logon-User-profile-cannot-be-loaded.  Even if you do not get the message, you get the same effect if the message was generated.  Because there is no error message, it may not work, but it's worth a try.

I hope this helps.

Good luck.

I couldn't install Adobe Creative Cloud apps on the main account... they kept crashing on launch.

With the help of Adobe Support (take control remotely from my Mac), after having tried and tried to install it on my main user account, that they finally successfully the installed in a new account user without problem. However, it's a workaround and not the best solution.

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2013 month last on my Windows 7 PC.  A few days ago, I created a new user account, but for some reason, Microsoft Office is not installed on this account.  It still works fine on other accounts of 2 user on my PC, but it's just a nuisance to have to switch between user accounts to use Office.  Is anyway to fix this?  I tried to fix it on my account, but nothing seems to have happened.

  • CS6 inDesign crashing on the opening, works on the different user account, help?

    Hello!

I use InDesign everyday, had my Macbook since September and have had no problems with the opening of the program at all until about 2 weeks ago. It appears with the graphics of opening with all the license information, and 5 seconds later, a window opens saying "InDesign quit unexpectedly", as well as loads of text on the threads, frames and the rest. (A copy of the text is available to InDesign Crash Info - Pastebin.com , in case where anyone can somehow choose something from that!)

I tried to reset all my preferences and reinstall all of the CS6. I also had a problem with the fonts in the past, so I have deleted all my additional fonts and just now the default fonts library. The only way I could make it work is by setting up a different user account, and now it opens properly, but only when using this account. It's just a pain the * having to keep switching between user accounts all the time! I didn't know if there would be a quick solution to this, rather than having to transfer all my files, preferences etc. from one account to another and basically a new account from scratch.

Any help would be great appreciated.

    Thank you

According to the accident report, you must always update InDesign to the latest patch (8.0.2 for a perpetual license, 8.1 for the subscription).

If that alone is not enough, delete or rename the files of two preference from your old account (see replace your preferences for where to find them) and copy the same folders on the new account.

Are you logged on as ADMINISTRATOR? If so the account could be damaged.

You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. The ADMIN account in trunk

Or use the hidden ADMINISTRATOR account:

Use the Admin account hidden to lower your user account APPLY / OK then wear again to
ADMIN. This allows clear of corruption. Do the same for other accounts if necessary after the

You can use the hidden - administrator account to make another account as an ADMINISTRATOR with your same

  • Transfer files to the new user account [was: new user]

We went from Windows XP forum>

How to transfer files from the current user to a user name

Is that what you really want to do and why?

In particular, you want to create a user account completely new to replace an old account may be corrupt, or you want to just copy some files?

If you want to copy the user profile, see http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-corrupted-user-profile#1TC=windows-7

If you just want to copy files from the ALICE user to user BOB,

    1. Connect you as a user with "Computer administrator" privileges (this could be ALICE, BOB or another account)
    2. Go to C:\Users\Alice\Documents, right click on desired folders or files and select copy
    3. Go to C:\Users\Bob\Documents and paste files or folders you copies

Always use 'Copy' rather than 'move '.  After you have determined that the files were copied successfully to their new location, you can go back and delete them from the old location.

For other than documents files, replace

    C:\Users\\Music

    C:\Users\\Pictures

    C:\Users\\Videos

    etc.

  • I can't create a new user account (Windows 7): the user profile service service has no logon

I tried to create a new user account, but I get the following error when I try to open a session with him:

the user profile service service has no logon

Until I leave than anything more I will add that I activated the hidden administrator account and this is the account I use to create a new standard user account.

Most of the patches for this issue are due to the fact that delete manually a user account does not remove the registry key that are associated, and you are required to go to the next section of the registry:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\CURRENTVERSION\PROFILELIST

and delete the key associated with the user account to be deleted.

This fix IS NOT help, because whenever I try to create a new user, Windows doesn't bother creating a registry key to the new user.  The new user account appears in the account management window.  If I right click ondesktop and select Properties, then the settings , select the Advanced tab and click settingsunder USER PROFILES, the new account appears not here no more.

It is a huge problem.  I have other people who use this laptop and I don't want to use my login information, or the guest account.  I'm not editing the registry just to make a new account.

Please tell me there is a fix for this that works.  Windows 7 was not free, and this kind of problem is very frustrating for the premium software.

Thanks - this is the only tip that help me to find the solution to this problem.

Two files in the folder C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live could not be copied without administrator privileges.  This caused the connection in the attempt fail for all newly created user accounts.  The files are:

    C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Bici\Bici1_00.sqm

    and

    C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\SqmApi\SqmData720896_00.sqm

I've added the read permission for all users in these two files and retried the logon.  The opening of session proceeded set up initial user and filled perfectly.  Probably, this problem started when I installed Windows Live Messenger which is the only Windows Live application, I installed.

Other important in your message board was to check the event log which stressed the two files which could not copy.  Otherwise provided in WARNING messages immediately preceded files event log error message indicates that the profile service could not connect.

  • New logon user - new user account is created, but it does not work

I have Windows Vista Home Basic Edition.  My computer has suddenly developed a little problem on user account and the guest account.  Every time a new user is created in the user accounts in the Control Panel, or the guest account has been enabled, users cannot open a session.  Any attempt to these users or comments of logon is greeted with "service user profile Service does not have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded."  When the new user is removed, and is used to save all the files, there is no file to be saved.

The problem is not a corrupt profile or SID which should be deleted or renamed and so on.  The problem is that when I create a new user through user accounts in the Control Panel, no profile or anything else seems to be created with it. The computer shows absolutely nothing more than the new user in the title of the user accounts and on the logon screen.  The new user is not in the settings under the my computer properties. There is no document (desktop and so on) for the new user in Windows Explorer; There is no SID for the new user.  It seems that there is no profile or anything for the new user.  System Restore could not help, because the incident that wiped out all system restore points also annihilated profiles. There is no '.bak' file in the registry for all users.

I have the same problem with the guest account.  There is nothing in the browser to indicate the existence of a guest profile. It doesn't seem to be a SID for the customer.  The guest account cannot be used because any attempt to logon as a guest is greeted with "service user profile Service does not have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded."

Yes, please is there someone who can help us solve the problem of not being able to effectively create new users and have a guest account. Thank you.

    Hello temp8127,

    Thank you for your answer!

You can do a 'repair Start Up' but will have installation disc.  If you perform a new installation, then Yes you will need to copy your personal files on a device.  Please let us know status.

Startup Repair is a Windows Vista recovery tool that can fix certain problems, such as system files missing or damaged, that might prevent Windows from starting correctly. When you run the Startup Repair, it scans your computer for the problem and then tries to fix it so that your computer can start correctly.

  • I have a problem with a missing on the computer user account.

Original title: problem getting back to the original account admin user

Since the computer was new, I didn't have that one user account and didn't need a user to logon screen, when it opened to that and the only active user account. Fast forward 6 months that I had a problem with a windows installation file deleted and in order to get a program running I had to add a user account for the new installation of the user files. That part worked, but when I disconnected and tried to return to my original owner account there was only the new account on the logon screen my original account wasn't there. My files for this user account are still there in C: User but I can't find a way to get there.

Googleing this problem I saw things about problems with the accounts being listed as AccueilCompte, or administrator, but it did get me anywhere, the only difference I've seen after going through all that I saw in Win7 Home Premium, which had to do with user accounts, it is that my original account was registered in a field as 'owner '. I don't know if it's part of the problem or not. How can I return to my original account and why isn't she appear on the opening screen of session or user accounts?
