  Hello jann1033, please try to download/save the file setup.exe firefox 15 on your desktop and then do a right click & select 'run as administrator' and see if the installation works then.

  Don't sign of Skype. Right-click on the Skype icon in the system tray and select Exit. This will stop Skype running on your computer.

• Windows 8 shows the other user when I start. How can I disable this?

  When I start my computer, I get a screen that says the other user. I have to hit enter where the password should go and then I'll get the back button which will reveal my user account, but the other user account is listed next to it. I don't have an active guest account so I don't know what the other user account and I can't turn it off. I had my computer configured to just start up and go to my Start menu. I'm not sure but I think after an update to windows 8 a few weeks ago he has changed. I took the shot of what it looks like, but I'm not sure how to download on this forum. I looked to see if anyone else has had a similar problem, but I haven't seen any. Anyone know what is happening? Thank you

• Is there a setting to have the message to users when a technical object is already open for editing?

  We are on v6111 and enjoy the warning message that informs the user of the second when two users have edited the same technical object and changes of the first has already been saved.  What we are facing is users who want to know that someone else has already opened the technical subject to change.  Is there a configation for this?  Users do not like to be informed after they enter data that someone else already saved a different edition... they would like the warning before doing the real work because it feels like a wasted effort... If the accused in advance, they can come back and do the data entry later.  We try to find the appropriate configuration option to set the warning message in the appropriate UX process / calendar.  Thank you!

  Like most, I am relatively new to creating PDF forms and need my form to display a message to the client when they submit the form. Something like:

  I created the form in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro to be distributed and returned to PDF attachment by mail.

  Edit: Oops, I see that you have configured it to submit by e-mail. If you have created your own button submit, you can add an additional JavaScript action after the action of 'Submit form' which uses the app.alert method to display a message to the user. Something like:

  I also suggest you to check in the disk management for the hard drive and also check if it has a drive letter assigned, if the drive letter is not assigned, then you can assign a drive letter and check the issue.

  b. Insert a disk in the removable drive.
  c. Click Start, right-click computer and then click on manage.
  d. click on disk management.
  e. right-click the partition, logical drive or volume that you want to change and then click on change drive letter and paths.

• Team a full license can be used by another user, when the user does not use them?

  We currently have 2 cs5.5 master collection or allowed to 2c5.5 standard design.

  2 licenses of master collection are used full-time by 2 designers, but the design 2 licenses standards are shared between 4 users who only needs to access the software from time to time and us enable or disable on their computer as needed. Can do us the same thing with CC for teams and have installed more than users but activate it as a user has a need and then a week later, disable and let another user can access?

• I have several symbols, how can we showed above the others when you click it?

  I have an animation that is a City/Beach/sea, and different parts of the city are symbols that can be clicked on, for example a boat in the sea could be clicked that would then lead the boat. My problem is that the boat could grow to fill the screen, then the animation playing, but as there are many other symbols, then another symbol could be on top of the animation clicked on / reading. Ideally when each animation is clicked, it would move to the top of the list of layers, but I guess that's not possible, so I was wondering if anyone had a better way to do this?

  You need to change the z-index when you click on a higher level and return it to its original level when it ends, or when the user clicks on another symbol.

  Yet once again, the "example" I suggested is just a demonstration of what can be done.  You can improve this code or write your own.  The existing demo should be implemented in all forms of interest.  Understand that you mentioned "reports."  This has nothing to do with the reports.  It is a way to monitor the activity of a Forms application only.

• Does anyone know why Windows 7 Ultimate using all the available RAM. Have 8 GB of memory and resources system shows 99% used. When I close the memory use programs remains at 99%. How free memory is no longer used by the closed programs.

  Your machine has only two accounts: admin and guest. I saw a few messages before which the poster makes an additional account on the log on screen that does not exist. Since there is not, it cannot be used.

  Also note that you play a game at high risk, having only one administrator account. This forum deals daily with posters including one and only the admin account went bad for one reason or other. Something about it now while you can: create, test, and document a spare, even admin account that you have a spare emergency House key.
