Whole computer freezes randomly. Browser hangs and then all websites load - Ctrl + Alt + Del then freezes

This started happening yesterday for no reason. I start my PC, and everything loads very well. I then start my browser and after a few minutes of random browsing, the browser hangs and then it grey out and I get the thing "program not responding", but then I try ctrl alt delete to start the Task Manager to end, but it is not pop up. It takes literally like 10 minutes until that browser reactivates and then I can use ctrl alt del and terminate. Then I'm going to restart the browser and does not pop up. I constantly double click on it and he then decided to work a few minutes later, resulting in many browsers to launch at the same time.

Sometimes when I'm not so lucky, the browser hangs and after awhile THE ENTIRE COMPUTER crashes and I have no choice but to hold the button to restart.
I restarted in safe mode and it works quite well after that.
I ran Malware Bytes and Norton and found nothing harmful to the computer. I also ran another virus scanner, I found on another forum (that they recommended) do not remember the name because I uninstalled it (don't like many antivirus installed at the same time), but it came back with nothing either. I have scanned even in safe mode - nothing.
He has recently started to happen and I have nothing for this. The only thing abnormal I remember to do is to have to restart the computer by holding down the button when a game has crashed, and then when he asked me if I wanted to run windowed Windows or not, I assumed that the background choice was to function normally because that's what he's always been, but I chose something else and did not notice. It's a blank screen for a few minutes then loading started wondering if it was the start for the first time. I don't know what was going on so I held the button again and run Windows normally and he began to do this, but I really didn't know anything about him.
