  Since both applications work correctly on some other user accounts except the account of a user that can occur if this user account is damaged.

• All of a sudden don't require passwords for one of my user accounts... Why?

  All of a sudden, the user accounts on my computer is not necessary to enter a password to connect.  You can simply click the icon for a particular account and it load.  This includes administrator accounts.  I checked the user account control panel and it doesn/t display the saved passwords.  I have a fingerprint reader that works in conjunction with or instead of the password and who scans are always registered and working, but now are rendered advocated. What could have caused this?  I am on an HP dv6 - 1134ca Entertainment Notebook PC with Windows Vista Edition Home Premium with service pack 2.  I can and will implement the new passwords for the accounts, but I'm a little disturbed that this has happened at all and do not understand what could have caused it.  Everything has worked out very well and normal until today.  Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.

  I have three user accounts on my computer.  One is my main use, on a daily basis, account, one is the admin account and the other is a guest account.  I use administrator accounts and invited normally but when I try to access my main account screen goes black and I get "NVCPL.   I've set up three user accounts.  An administrator, a non - pw protected and for me comments that I use all the time.  I have been using Adblocker Plus with Google Chrome for a year with no problems. Recently, advertisements have flooded surf the web and even webmail.  However, this does not happen when I open the Chrome in the administrator or guest accounts.

  To resolve this problem, use the following methods in the order in which they are listed. After each method, check to see if the problem is resolved. If the problem is not resolved, try the next method.

  Method 1: Clean start.
