  Troy and vmroyale are correct... you should definitely check to make sure that your processor is 64-bit and the BIOS is configured correctly.

  1 Select this option to Save and put it on your desktop

  2. click right msicuu2.exe (for Windows Installer CleanUp Utility) and select run as administrator.

  3. follow the wizard to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility

  Now, click Start>all programs>Windows Installer CleanUp utility (provide administrator rights if prompted). Now, try to locate and remove the software .net Framework, after doing so, restart your computer.
