Why Cities XL install on my Windows Vista computer?

I recently bought Cities XL, a game developed by Monte Cristo, it is supposed to run on windows, but why it won't install on my computer? The installation starts and then freezes and it says setup.exe is unresponsive and asks if I want to close the program or wait for it to respond. I waited a half and an hour before and he would not answer. My computer meets all the requirements of system what could be the problem?

OK, mine worked. Try this, launch the installation and leave it. He goes to the image of the planet and (assuming you have vista) is the blue circle of loading/waiting time and does not seem to do anything. about half an hour / an hour later a thing saying install the disc we will appear, fill and disappear. then the image will change to the beach I think. Once again, aaaages later, the bar for disc 2 is displayed. It must do this four times, then its done. so I just left it overnight and in the morning, he did. Ive played all the tutorials, then at the end of their he tried to save and crashed: s so I do not know what that means, but I was not back on. Yeh so try just leaving it and to NOT click ON what EITHER while his will. Let me know if it worked

It will also tell you here what Service Packs, if any, are already installed.

Then, choose the download of 'bit' OK to use to install Service Packs, first of all the installation of SP1.

  • Accidentally installed a clean Windows Vista 64-bit version when my computer is running 32-bit.

I wanted to do a clean install of my Windows Vista. I had my manufacturer installation cd but didn't know that they put two in the package. Thinking that they only gave me one and only good cd I just jumped it withou double check and guess what it was that bad. Now, nothing works as it is not installed the proper drivers. Help! Is there a way to fix this? I have the correct installation cd but my cd drive is not workingand I can't online. Is it possible to connect to another computer so that I can get online to download the drivers and then reinstall? Is there a way to get to my score? When I look at the recovery disk folder there is nothing in it. I'm not the most computer savy as you can guess very well but I take directions well.

Just a few troubleshooting steps to see if the drive is bad or if the DVD player is bad:

    1. If you have another DVD player available try to use this drive in your computer instead.

    2. If you have another computer available, try the disc of Windows 7 by using this computer and see if it can read the disc, or if the disc cannot be read and is bad.

    If the drive is bad:

To replace the installation discs for the manufacturer of the computer:

Contact the OEM computer manufacturer and ask them to send you an installation to your computer disk - they may charge a small fee. Contact information for the manufacturer of your computer can be found here:

I have a windows vista computer, about 7 years or more. The internet worked fine, then I restored my computer to factory. I can't connect to the internet more, I think I need to update my computer but I can't do with Internet. I tried to manually update the internet card by my laptop window 10 but I can't do it yet. Sometimes with connections wireless and when I type the password in the unable to connect to this network said. so I uninstalled this card. and when I try to use a cable to connect, it connects but no internet access there. any ideas how to solve this problem?

Open Device Manager and look at the network cards.  What cards are present and they have their drivers, or they are in the wrong with a yellow! the brand?  If no network adapters are present, it may be listed as an unknown device without driver or a network controller.   Device - Manager find unknown devices

On the other PC, see the page Web of Support downloads for the PC model to download the network card on a flash key you are using (Ethernet or wireless).  Transferer transfer on the Vista PC, install the adapter and see if you can get online.  If there is more of a network LAN driver is draw in Device Manager, the machine using material identification or download them all and try to install one at a time.

Do the same for all the other pilots missing in Device Manager.

Once online, speed up Windows updates in order to conform to the date that they ceased to support Vista.

  • My Windows Vista computer does not see the network or printers that are connected to a computer using Windows XP

before that norton was installed, it worked, but since Norton was installed AND DELETED, Vista will not see XP or its printers.

I have checked the firewall and they took two computers, but still no luck.

    Hello

    Did you change your computer?

This problem occurs if the (LLTD) link layer topology discovery Responder component is not installed on the Windows XP computer.

Network card in Windows Vista makes network diagrams of connections between network devices that can be used to troubleshoot connectivity issues. Network map uses a discovery protocol called Link-Layer Topology LLTD (Discovery) that queries other devices on the network to determine how the network is organized.

Windows Vista includes the software components that implement the LLTD protocol. For other devices on the network to display on the map, they must activate a discovery protocol that can meet the demands of mapping from the Windows Vista-based computer.

I suggest you to install the update on windows XP.
