I won't tell my friends apple-headed since said what I know already, if true or not is officially my new celeb cause and condescending pain in my @$$! What really sticks in my throat is the fact that the time I spent is irretrievable in the real world! Until windows comes with a program that adds time in our short life for all the time, we were stolen from it.  Fortunately, I have no illusions about its compatibility either! Oh, wait, see... there go another 10-20 minutes of my life... never to be again.
  Please someone help me! If it's a question without resolution, or maybe I'm just a decoration, and lack of any bloody thing, at least my hours of life lost would not have been in vain (or so I'll keep telling myself).

  Since the resolution of compatibility issues says it is incompatible, I suggest you try the following steps and check:

  Try to "modify the compatibility of the program manually. For more information, see make the programs more compatible with this version of Windows"

  I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums and found that there is no Creative subscription cloud registered under it, if you have any other email/Adobe ID please try to connect with that and you shouldn't get the error of the trial again.

• Just downloaded and cannot even get creative cloud to open.

  I really want to try Illustrator, but it seems that the only way I can get it is to load the creative cloud.  Charge it to my computer, but it does not open!  He repeated to me that adobe Creative Cloud has stopped working.  So I can not even at the point of download software.  I spent a whole day working on it!  My firewall is disabled.

  Please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

  Once the creative cloud desktop application has been removed by using the uninstall program, please reinstall by following these instructions: use of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud to manage your applications and services application.

  Then, you can use the creative cloud desktop application to install Illustrator.
