I spent all day on this. The file I'm working on using typekit fonts. These are like missing in inDesign. When I connect creative cloud using the small icon at the top of the screen, it opens a session, and then turns off.
Here's what I did:
-tried to remove the OOBE file, rename the OOBE file, rename the database file. It is said to close creative cloud, but I can't do this because it's a blank screen, so I stopped using the activity monitor.
-tried to connect to adobe to see if I had strange characters in my account. Nothing does that my name and email. My connection has an @ in it, because it is an email address, but this is the only character that I can see.
-J' I updated my system, thinking maybe that was the problem (now on El Capitan 10.11.2)
-As soon as I log in, I just get the blank screen every time.
-J' tried to uninstall creative cloud, but it says that it can't uninstall because there are Cloud Creative applications on my computer in need.
Meanwhile, I have a deadline and cannot do my job without fonts. What should I do?

Thanks - I went and got the installer for cloud creative yesterday and reinstalled, and now it works fine, so I guess I'm good for now. Don't know what, however caused.

First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

Hello - ideas as to the "cloud" icon why opens as a blank white screen - I can see the craft, but is not useful, cannot open apps - see if there are dates, add to my plan (to acquire more apps)-

I have download and install creative cloud with no problems. In the window of creative cloud cannot display the APPS page (while other 'Home', 'Community' can be seen. This is why I can't select the application to be updated. Thanks for your help

Cannot sign Adobe Creative cloud with wrong email

I created an account to download Adobe Creative Cloud. After downloading, I opened creative cloud and he asked to check my e-mail address, except that I misspelled my email address. The email is part of a private domain so I can't create an email that fits him and there is no way to disconnect from creative cloud because it remains on the verification page.
I tried to uninstall and install creative cloud, I also tried to follow these steps:
Delete the OPM.db file:
- Close the creative cloud application.

So many entries of URL blocker, Adobe, this is the reason why you are unable to activate the CC apps.
Follow the procedure below:
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

companyweb pulls up with a white screen
Who with whom I work using a web company hosted by a SBS 2008 Server. I can access the companyweb with chrome or safari, but Firefox doesn't. The other two come with a white screen and then a box of authentication is asking for credentials. Firefox doesn't do this. She's just a white screen. It is not only my computer that does this. It seems that every Mac with Firefox. What's also weird is that Firefox for Windows works very well.

Original title: bad start.
On May 15, 2013, I was prompted to download 8 updates from Microsoft. Since then when I turn on the computer, it does not show my office. It comes with a white screen. The only way to see the desktop is at the stop 'wrong' to turn off the power to the computer. Then I reboot, it just asking if I want to boot up normally, I say Yes and all is well on the office. Seems related to downloads of May 15, 2013. Any ideas?

Method 1:
I suggest you to select last known good Configuration in Windows Advanced options and check if it works.
To do this:
a. restart the computer and press the F8 key for about four to five times.
b. you will see the that last known good Configuration in the Advanced Windows options.
c. Select last known good Configuration and press enter.
