Why didn't I sign every time I use the computer

I just Windows 8 and whenever I want to use the computer for me to sign. I do not want to connect. That's not all: I leave the computer for a period of time, then again, I have to connect. I'm really tired of signing in. Help, please!

Hello

This works if you sign with a password... If you register with a Microsoft Account ID, the process is a bit more complicated...

Go to user accounts and click on create or change password...

Follow the steps to change password and when asked to enter a new... leave empty...

To retrieve the power plan settings that actually uses the system [and amend them if necessary]

11.1 in Windows explorer, go to your desktop or any folder practice.  Select the folder in the navigation pane [the left pane].  Press SHIFT-right click, select open here command prompt.

11.2 in the command prompt, enter

    powercfg - qh > PowerPlanSettings.txt

then close the command prompt window.

11.3 open results PowerPlanSettings.txt file and copy all of the text into Excel or some other spreadsheet just for ease of listening.

    [explained in lines 4-7]

    Power current definition Index: 0x00000000

Course DC power setting index: 0x00000000

which confirms that the system knows it should not "require a password on wakeup.  I think a problem of system video driver or compatibility error are the only explanations for your problem in this case.

11.5 If the values are 0x00000001 then the system still thinks you have chosen "require a password on wakeup".  Step 8 in the previous answer should have prevented this from happening. If this is the case then re-check the settings of my original steps 1-3.  If your settings in 1-3 remove the password requirement, but this result occurs then the Fixit in my step 8 above not has not solved the problem.  I also have CFS in my step 9 above have solved this.  If it isn't, then you have a system problem that I don't understand.

11.6 you should be able to fix the 11.5 values by running powercfg to set these values manually.  You can see almost complete syntax by using powercfg /? but, for example, the qh h is not listed [/ q gets you the properties, /qh Gets the the complete list of the properties, including hidden properties].  Each property is described in PMPolicy_Windows.docx, to see the political Configuration and deployment in Windows power see also (Windows) power management for more background information.

  • Deskjet F4580 - lose the USB drivers every time I use the printer

    Hello

My Desket F4580 works well without wireless and USB, it's just every time that I plug in USB (for scanner) told me the device is not recognized, I then remove the device and then reinstall it....

Science, not rocket, but not really acceptable either.

To be fair, all worked fine until about 4 weeks ago, I don't know what changed and imagine that it is a problem of SYS OP rather than the printer... but if anyone has an idea (Ding!) or can help you, please please please

    Stuart

    Win 7 (64)

    Hi stuboy_spain,

I see that whenever you reconnect the USB cable, you get the message that the "device is not recognized", when you try to scan. You must remove and readd the device to make it work again.

Download and run the Print and Scan doctor. It will diagnose the problem and could solve it automatically. Find and fix common printer problems using the tools of diagnosis HP for Windows?

If you're still having problems, then take a look at this document.

"Year error occurred while communicating with scanner ' or a"He has no connection to the computer"message when scanning.

Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet and the USB cable is connected directly to the computer. The USB cable should not be more then 6 feet. Is the cable a cable 2.0 or 3.0

Try another USB cable. Try a different USB port on the computer.

You experience the same problem through the wireless connection or just the USB connection?

What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

Is it a laptop or desktop?

Please provide detailed results if you're still having problems.

    Good day!
    Thank you.

  • XP installation update every time I turn the computer off.

I don't know what happens, whenever I turned off my PC (running Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, SP3) for the last week or so, it is said that it will install an update, if I disable normally.  I mean, click the button, it installs and turns off, and then the next time that I turn it off, it happens again.  1 update every time, I let it run all along, just as I always before.

    Teepet,

Please download and save the Fixit on this page - How to reset the Windows Update components?
Once the download is complete, close all open programs and browsers.
Now run MicrosoftFixit50202.msi and choose it's default mode.

When the Fixit has finished, open automatic updates in Control Panel. Do not restart the system, but even if you have been invited to.
Set the update option for " download updates for me, but let me choose when to install them ." Click on apply, then OK.
    Close the automatic updates.
    Reboot the system now.

Doing the above will force the automatic updates to download all the updates that are missing.
When the Update icon, click it.
Please note that updates are available and their numbers of KB.
    Close the window.
For now, do installation No updates until what you have posted to those to whom they are.

    Method 1
    Step 1:
I suggest to start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem is resolved.

  • Do I have to open all the tabs, every time I open my computer?

Before I had my open windows were saved so not open them all every time I use the computer, but they always left now when I start every day, so I have to go to history and to start looking for everything I was working the previous day.
Since I normally have more than one window open, it is really a pain.
Why Save and exit was taken on Firefox 4? It is really necessary!

Now, Firefox always stores the old session which you can access from the history menu by selecting "restore previous Session." There is also an option to restore the previous session on default value: Home home.

If you always open the last set of tabs, another approach is the following:

    1. Click on the orange button Firefox, then select options to open the options window
    2. Go to the general Panel
    3. Change the setting "When Firefox starts" to "show my windows and tabs from last time '.

Come on guys, you can do better than that!

    Hi ajag,.
Sorry, you have problems, but probably some adware or malware.

Thank you for including the information system. I'm not familiar with "Vonteera free ads" However, he is apparently adware. Pay attention to the advice, followed by research on the internet I would be, for example, do NOT try the YAC website or tool.

Using the Firefox addons Manager and Panel configuration remove toolbars unwanted obvious or programs. Then fully analyze up to tools date and multiple.

Please follow the tips in the link above immediately and then do full scans as shown below in this post.
I notice that you have a user.js file require separately.
Post back saying that you tried and what the results were.

You can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:

  • Why force eject hard drive every time?

I have a MacBook Pro laptop.  When it is on my desk, I have a lot of things, including a backup disk, plugged.

When I want to take my phone away from my office, I have to disconnect these things.  But, before I unplug the FireWire cable to the backup drive, I always first to eject the disc.  Sometimes I have to wait for Time Machine to slow down, then comes the ejection.  It is the way it works for years.

Then last November, I upgraded from 10.6.8 in 10.11.2.  Now, every time - EVERY TIME - I press the little icon in a Finder window to eject the backup disc, up displays an alert:

"Force eject" still works and is now part of my routine.  But it doesn't seem fair.  What is causing this extra step?

Only time Machine should use this disk.  With the Finder, I see nothing that does not part of complex database of time Machine.

I have not received all the Time Machine messages; a cursory inspection of the backup seems good.

I tried typing lsof in the Terminal and haven't seen any strange open files. :

    lsof $ | grep Volumes

    Gil FolderAct 289 5r DIR 1,2 13353610 170 /Volumes

I even opened a file on my disk backup, just to test that my order of lsof works:

    lsof $ | grep Volumes

    Finder 269 gil 24r REG 1.8 149158 692699/Volumes/Orange of the MBProHD/Backups.backupdb/MBPro/2016-01-08-090714/MBProHD/Install log backup

    Gil FolderAct 289 5r DIR 1,2 13353610 170 /Volumes

I have an easy solution, but always this anomaly mind.

    Any suggestions?

    -Gil

Try disabling Time Machine. Then, restart your computer. Then see if you can try to eject the disc as usual. If you can, turn on Time Machine. Try to eject the disc again. This may solve your problem.

    I hope this helps!

    Best regards

    Austin

In recent days, we have a lot of crashes with Trusteer report. If you have this program, try to disable it and see if that stops the noise.

You can stop the report by using the Start Menu > programs > Trusteer report > report stop

You can ask their helpdesk when a version update of their products will be available or, if you do not need this software, uninstall.

If you do not report, so we have a crash report ID. When you send a report of the Mozilla crash puts it right in a gigantic database. We have no way to seek without the ID of the report.
