    9. also for good measure, open Internet Explorer (32-bit) only at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 [1] & run the difficulty it in DEFAULT and modes and AGGRESSIVE. [2]

    10. restart a last time & test.

    Take a look in the system and Application logs in the errors and warnings event viewer and post here the copies. Do not post on more than 48 hours ago.

    You can access event viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel, administrative tools, and Event Viewer. When searching for the meaning of the error, information about the event ID, Source and Description are important.

    A tip for posting copies of error reports! Run Event Viewer and double-click the error you want to copy. You will see a button resembling two pages. Click on the button and close Event Viewer. This places a copy of the report to your Clipboard. Paste it into the body of your message. Make sure that it is the first dough right out of the event viewer.

    I think that you need for the arrow down to the element, so it is highlighted, and then press DELETE.

    I can be looking in the wrong place the version that I downloaded
    is the 7.1 and it has a new look to the one I have.
    so please let me know maybe that this feature is not on this version
    It would be sad. I would like to know if it's on another version
    because I use it a lot.

    You can see all the entries in the file menu, if you use the keyboard with Alt + F to open the file menu.

    You can open a file via "Firefox > new tab > open a file" or "file > open a file.

    Restart your Mac. If this does not help, restart secure boot mode.

    Start with the SHIFT key is pressed. This will start in Safe Mode, with all extensions turned off. Safe mode is slow to start, so give it time, it checks a lot of tasks. If it works fine in Safe Mode, restart normally. If it works now, you are finished.
