  Thank you for posting.  The answer is no.  The Intel g33/g31 express chipset is a motherboard chipset that works with the processor (CPU).  The Nvidia 6600 gt, ATI X 1600 are two graphics processors (graphics cards).  For more information, you can search for the motherboard chipsets.

  However, for a list of compatible processors for your motherboard, I recommend you to directly communicate with the motherboard manufacturer, it is because your motherboard does support not all processors listed in the previous link.

  You left out which version of DirectX has been shown.

  As far as I know, your Intel 945GM should support DirectX 9 and because you have XP sp3, you must have at least DirectX 9 installed.
