  Method 1: Disable the floppy drive

  Disable the floppy drive by going to the configuration of the training (don't know exactly how it's called, because it differs from the models) and selecting the floppy drive. You will then see an option to disable the floppy drive (floppy drive).

  Did you the latest changes on the system?

  If you do not use a computer floppy drive, then you can disable the floppy drive weight in the BIOS.

  If you use the floppy drive, then you can reset the BIOS settings and check if it helps.

  You can check if you have my documents in C:\Users\ (username) \My documents correct location.
  If the problem persists, you can deactivate and then activate Windows Fax and consolidated expansion of print and Document services from the windows on or off check and option features if this solves the problem.

  You will need to disable the function, and then click OK. Now open Windows Fax and Scanand check. Yet once activate the Windows Fax and Scan and check if you experience the same problem.

  Since this is a secondary drive chkdsk/r can be run without having to reboot.   Close all the programs that can access training and and when you run chkdsk say yes to "remove this volume first...". ».  This will cause no harm.  Although not strictly necessary, I recommend you to reboot once completed the disk check.   This will solve any problem related to the file handles.
  If chkdsk/r reports bad sectors, you should replace the disk.
