  Do a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.

  Change the color of messages did not work so I've edited layout.css and changed the value of the color in the next section. That fixed it. Thanks for your help.

  Microsoft Office 365 will not affect the speed of your downloads. Unless you use Outlook and that is to have a huge amount of files that syncs by using your internet connection, which is the time it will affect download speed.
