  In general, you may need to use more than 1 copy of a particular physical table. This means that you must use names of borrowing, even as you would in SQL. The advantage of using the alias is that when the physical table alias exchange all alias tables are changed automatically to change things in one place as if you created "copies" of the same physical table, you need to modify them one by one. We also use a naming convention names for each alias where the Dimensions get named Dim_ *, Fact_ * facts and bridge Tables Bridge_ * there has well listed more logically (in the way that you would use in the MDB layer).

  Microsoft doesn't develop hardware drivers. All hardware drivers coming through Microsoft Updates are provided by the hardware peripheral manufacturers.

  In our project we propse to all partition tables (even if they are small, in MBs) in order to use the feature partiion exchange.
  But our DBAs say that maintenance will be a problem if create us partitions for each table. We said, only tablespace is fine for all partitions that we thought to maintain storage different is a problem.
  But always DBA are not approved.
  I just want to know what are the disadvantages of partitioning. Why DBA are generally against the idea of creating partitions. If we use the same storage space for all of the partitions is there any side down for creating partitions for each table?

  Looks like you are having the app trigger partition management... which doesn't seem a good idea.
  It also looks like you really don't have justification for partitioning on a few tables. Far from being the "all" tables you inquired. And even that looks like your concept of the use of these scores may be wrong.

  Why not work with your databases instead of look at foreigners for the justification to fight them. Sounds to me like they are doing exactly what they were hired to do.

  We thought instead of delete and insert, if we use excahnge partitions, it will be real quick as Exchange just updated partition in the dictionary.

• Why are all the tools and commands are disabled?

  First off, I am not our resident InDesign expert, I am a developer with experience quite a few other products Adobe.

  When it is installed on a machine, twice now our designer was unable to use controls in the bar of 'control' / control on the layout window.

  I thought it was something silly, like an incorrect selection, working with the wrong layer... that sort of thing. It was not something that would be obvious, at least to a power of Illustrator/Photoshop/Fireworks user.

  Well, after messing around with it for awhile, I couldn't find any reason to do so. The only thing I can understand is that the machine, while nine, has a processor that is not listed in the requirements of system for InDesign CS5. To test this, I installed in on a developer machine (more than meets the system requirements) and am unable to reproduce the error.

  My question is this: is there something that would cause this, before I submit to our admins that they need to upgrade his computer brand new to a system that takes in charge the CS5? Any thoughts at all are appreciated.

I work in groups, but I used to be able to select a single layer in the Group and move it without problem and if I wanted to move a whole group I would choose the whole group.

• Why almost all the themes never fail to install in my v24?

  Running Thunderbird 24.2.0 under Linux (Ubuntu) of Bodhi. Works very well, email yahoo via IMAP synchronization. I would like to install a theme or two that are easier on my eyes. I found a lot of great-looking themes, but can't get most of them to install. For some of them, I get the message "So-and-so theme is not compatible with the version 24.2.0" That's fine - I understand. But in MOST cases, it does nothing, no message, nothing. Very frustrating. I was able to install Charamel Silvermel and Nuvola, although I tried at least a dozen others. None of the .jar files (java) worked, and most of the as is; and there is no error message (explanations).

  My procedure is:
  Download the file
  Go to the Add-ons Manager
  Click on the little gear icon
  Choose install the module in the file...
  Navigate to the file, and then click
  Voila! Nothing happens.

  I don't think that there is a list of which themes are compatible with every version, but in any case it is best to just install one and see if it works. Charamel both Silvermel work here, for the most part, on TB 31 and 35, Windows 7, although he also asserted in the Add-ons Manager.

  The same is true of extensions: many others who claim to not work on the new CTS, do not work properly.

• Analyze all THE sequences for Warp Stablizer?

  FCP 7 was a way to analyze each item imported for the "smoothmotion" effect, which is the twin of Apple to the effect "stabilizer warp" in Premiere Pro CS6.

Simply make a sequence with every element in it and adding the string to each of them makes my kind of stuff glitch out Warp. Clips lose their analysis of the data, the chain stops working on some clips, even if I re - analysis, and they are not always auto-start the analysis.

  How to do in FCP should actually add a new column in the project browser. There was a hidden smoothmotion column type. Add that and right click, it offers you the possibility to analyze for smoothmotion in the background. Select all clips, right-click and boom. Leave it overnight.

• Discover code source timecode in the source file for the sequence clip

  I googled and searched the forums and have not been able to find an answer to the following question.

  We created a sequence from a source element and then copied a subclip of this sequence in a different sequence (final). The audio looks like a straight line, and you can't send it to Soundbooth.

  I want to easily find the original project item and its timecode to use as source and then copy at in and out source in the timeline of the new sequence. I can get to the point of entry/exit in the first source sequence to help find the sub clip, but not the original movie file. If we rub all the sequences to find each replacement.

  In addition, all new to Premiere Pro and CS5. I find a good workflow and you tutorial would be recognizing links that describe best practices. I have a lot of the tv.adobe and Lynda videos watched and have a few questions.

  My workflow is:

  I went through the original and selected source clip set marker unnumbered for each point of interest, copy the entire source to a new sequence and then cut them in the timeline panel.

  The forum research seems to indicate that the best workflow must set the entry/exit points in the source window, and then drag each item to the timeline.

  It helps me to edit if I see the audio to address my points of entry/exit, that's why I change the full source of the sequence.

  You make one sequence for each subclip so you can appoint them to know their background? I tried to use speech analysis, but it was unusable in a group setting, although, as a general rule, only one person speaks at a time. I applied a filter of noise before analysis.

  Assuming that the shortcuts have not changed for CS5, put your CTI at the beginning of the clip in the second sequence.  Shift + T you will get the same point in the original sequence.  M then you will get the same context of the original item in the Source monitor...

• Don't see the sequence in all_sequences but dba_sequences, why?

  You can post the results of

  SELECT user
    FROM dual
  

  and then the results of your query on ALL_SEQUENCES? A cut and paste from SQL * Plus would be ideal.

  ALL_SEQUENCES (as object) shows you all of the sequences that you have obtained access to. not all the sequences in the database. One would expect that lots of objects appear in DBA_OBJECTS but not object because you do not have access to them. If you are really logged in as IMSDBA when you query object, however, you should be able to see all sequences because a user always has access to the objects it has the property of IMSDBA.

  The fact that you cannot select the nextval in the sequence and the fact that it is not in ALL_SEQUENCES strongly implies you are not logged in as the owner of the object.
