Why is it so difficult to cancel creative cloud?

We had an employee sign up for the subscription and she quit and left no everyone knows he would renew auto.  His e-mail address to our company has been disabled because it was no longer necessary so I can't even ask for a password reset on his account with adobe, because it is related to his deleted mail address.  When I call customer service tells me that a reminder email was sent, so there is no reason not to know that the account renew... EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE E-MAIL WAS SENT TO AN INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS!  I was also shouted the customer support, they told me that the person who set up the account must call to cancel is not possible because we have no communication with her.  If this account renewed to $600 + on my business credit card.  Please tell me there is a number I can call to speak to someone of reasonable!  I was also told that I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.  How convenient to Adobe to do what the Bank takes the loss and they get their money.  I will never give someone to this company to buy anything from adobe ever.
