Why is it so difficult to cancel creative cloud?
We had an employee sign up for the subscription and she quit and left no everyone knows he would renew auto. His e-mail address to our company has been disabled because it was no longer necessary so I can't even ask for a password reset on his account with adobe, because it is related to his deleted mail address. When I call customer service tells me that a reminder email was sent, so there is no reason not to know that the account renew... EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE E-MAIL WAS SENT TO AN INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS! I was also shouted the customer support, they told me that the person who set up the account must call to cancel is not possible because we have no communication with her. If this account renewed to $600 + on my business credit card. Please tell me there is a number I can call to speak to someone of reasonable! I was also told that I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. How convenient to Adobe to do what the Bank takes the loss and they get their money. I will never give someone to this company to buy anything from adobe ever.

Why can't cancel creative cloud?
I tried to cancel my subscription in may, that my son was more interested in the student package CC. I learned that it would cost me half of the value of the rest of the membership year, and it would be cheaper to go to the cheapest subscription for the remaining six months. I agree it is good and at the end of that six month period that I would not renew my membership. I was EXTREMELY clear on this point, I tried to cancel my subscription on November LAST, and after phone confirmation that my subscription has been canceled, it renewed for another year.
It seems that it was only my expiring credit card which prevented him to renew for an additional year. However, I'm getting repetitive emails "billing Failure!", which is confusing, because there is nothing to charge. My subscription is cancelled, I uninstalled the software. Cat doesn't seem to work. Please stop trying to charge for a credit card expired for software that I did not.

I'm sorry that you had bad to cancel. Adobe offers a price lower for the annual membership to creative cloud since users commit to a full year at a time. The monthly payments are lower than the monthly, but there is a penalty for early termination. Your Standalone with Lightroom version will not be affected if you cancel CC membership in the future.
Lightroom CC and 6 Lightroom are produced almost similar but different licensing system.
Do I need to uninstall the CC version and reinstall the stand-alone license?
Just log out of Lightroom CCfrom help > logout
Then reconnect, it should say your CC membership is expired/Invalid.Follow the instructions mentioned in How to convert a Lightroom CC 6 Lightroom trial to serialize Lightroom 6.

Why not save a vector file in creative cloud?
As a professional Illustrator, I've been a fan of Adobe ideas: work completed, just sent me a vector file and... Ok. Or instead, it was recorded at my creative cloud like a .ideas backed up by file. Perfect.
Draw came with large additions to the ideas, no doubt. But it lacks the most elementary thing: export the work as a usable file (I don't talk of a dirty .jpeg, .png not own or even export to another application like Illustrator CC - I'm talking about a .svg vector file).
Why not make a vector file to access creative cloud backup? In general, I don't need Illustrator to make improvements or corrections to my work. My illustrations came ready ideas or draw (I used to access the .svg files in the sandbox of the app, but with ios 9 that not more possible and ideas is no longer works with these ios also version).
I think that (a vector file to my CC upward), would be a solution, because it would not interfere in politics of Adobe to not use versions inherited (according to the CS6), as well as its applications and at the same time would make things much easier for us, existing users.
Someone here in another thread said that there are many other applications of vector in the itunes store, we are wasting our time trying to get these files to the CS6, but... If we continue using the draw it's because it's good... I would not be insistent in this idea for as long as I was if it wasn't a good app! But something is missing. Something I think it's pretty simple to do.

Thank you for your comments persuasive. This is a feature that has generated a momentum of opinion and pleas and requests (including Maruyama KBFeature Request: Save in CreativeCloud in vector format (svg / AI / draw)).
I don't know when / if the functionality that has been so popular in the Adobe ideas will be added to the draw, but I'll certainly make sure that the product teams see your comments.

Why two versions of Lightroom from Adobe Creative Cloud?
I'm just curious - I owned both Lightroom and Photoshop (since 4) (since 4 - but it is much later than the PS4, isn't it? ) remains before creative cloud. But of course, I signed up for Adobe Creative cloud and have Photoshop CC now (but also CS6. It's ridiculously confusing.)
Adobe Creative cloud don't think that I have Lightroom, even if I do. I use it every day. Why is the CC as "stupid"? He invites me to install Lightroom instead of see that I have already.
So I'm figuring that the CC with Lightroom version is somehow fundamentally different than what I've already bought? Can someone explain the difference to me?
The version of LR in the cloud is identical to the version of perpetual license, though now LR5.6
There is no such thing as Lightroom CC unlike other creative Cloud applications.
You can stick with what you have for now or upgrade to 5.6 via the Help menu. Ignore the LR, but LR 6 guests will be available, you could download while the application of CC desktop, keeping LR5 your version in the same way as CS6 is your Photoshop version property.

Difficulties to download creative cloud
I tried download Adobe premiere as a trial yesterday, but after I did, I realized that I had spent my 30 day trial a couple of years (could not remember that I already have an account). Then, I tried to make another account so that I can get the trial, but my system buggy so I had to remove the creative cloud entirely. Long story short, I have now bought Premiere pro, but when I try to download it, there is an error from the creative clouds, saying: "you have cloud creative adobe to fix this problem." the program is missing or damaged. Download and install again..."
But when I try it, the loading bar starts for about 3 seconds and then disappears and the same message again... What to do?uninstall all cc including the application of cc office.

I installed Adobe Creative cloud to create drawings in adobe illustrator. I use a brand new Windows 7 computer. I clicked on the icon, it says that creative cloud needs an update, the 'fine ok.'
