First of all, get rid of him.  You run the virus scan. While running go to Internet Explore reset it on defalt setting OK..  Wait until the analysis is complete. Try oppening upward your, click the Internet Explorer Security tab click then on delete browser history leave the first box empty and tick all the boxes. We just cleaned out temporary Internet files. If for some reason Internet Explore faild open right and freeze on you again. Let's try this step. Open HP Support Assistant click tune up check every thing when he asked to delete the temporary files. Activate the disk dafagmeter. Then click on run.
