Why my nested sequence is superimposing the effects?

Hey everybody,

So after I fix the colors my master clips, I sync them, remove the audio not desired, then nest them. BUT in the nested sequence, it seems that all the layer of video tracks video effects throwing my nested sequence in a horrible color landscape of overexposed or more colorful clips! Can someone help me?

Mike Diaz

1. create a sequence corresponding to your support.

2. Add the clips, synchronization manually.

3. create a second sequence corresponding to your support.

4. nest the first sequence in the second sequence.

5. right click this sequence of nested, then choose multicamera > activate.

6 change now.

Once you're done editing, add effects cc for clips in the first sequence, created in step 2.

  • Why Illustrator CS4 will not allow the effects of fonts?

    Hello world!

I am a very new Designer self-taught Illustrator, using the forums and articles online. I find that sometimes I can not apply 'Effects' for my fonts. In this case, I use the police Charlegmane, and when I highlight the text I want to apply an effect to, the options are that all out - shaded each of them. This happens with every text box on the project. Symbols, on the other hand, to apply effects. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Angela

As already mentioned, the effects are applied by object, not by character. You must select the text object in its entirety with the move / select the tool. If you need to apply different effects to different characters / lines of text, the text must be split or converted to outlines, giving you separate objects to work with.

  • Nested sequences messed up in After Effects (photos inside)

    Hey guys and girls!

I'm slowly but surely mad. Our project is mounted, 30 hours of video are waiting to be rendered. And the first nested sequence imported from the body After effects fails miserably.

    What is the problem?

    nested problem 1.png

I have these sequences of the body. Note that on video 3 there is a "Cup" at 02:14. It's not really a cup it's my EOS 5 d MIII images. The EOS stops after 29mins record - but the two clips are seamless.

Now I replace with a Composition of Effects after. I tried nested, to them, grouped, separated, track at once and all the tracks at the same time (as it should).

    That's what I get:

    nested problem 2.png

15 second gap between the two clips. None of the clips have effects of any kind applied to them.

Please help, not only am I'll shamelessly insane, we are going to miss our deadline because of this.

    Thank you!

    Michael

Now, you are facing the following problems:

    -make the order;

-bugs in the key effect hidden Track.

Look at the first, all the effects are rendered in a particular order:

-from top down according to their position in a list of the applied effects.

    - Fixed effects are rendered after Standard effects.

-nested content is rendered in bubble mode of Crescent: a greater depth to the surface.

Therefore, in order to deceive the rendering order, you can for example instead of manipulate the movement properties of the effect apply the transformative effect before any other effect Standard or breed your images and manipulate the properties of the effect of movement inside the nested sequence.

Look for bugs to track overlay, can't you sometimes it wrong with the effect of the transformation and, therefore, have nesting.

  • Is it possible to link the CTI to a nested sequence?

I have a nested sequence, and I want to change the position of the keyframes based on what is on the main sequence. I'd like to be able set up the ICT in the main sequence, then go to the nested sequence and have the ICT at the same position, then make the change.

The way I did it is to calculate the time elapsed since the beginning of the nest in the main sequence and then go to the nested sequence and the displacement of the ICT at that precise moment. Shortly.

Is it possible to link the CTI to a nested sequence? i.e. everywhere where ICT appears in the main sequence, when you go to the nested sequence, ICT is in the same position.

    I am running CS6.

I can't think of a way, but it would be a good request for future versions:

How can you find a timecode for the chronology of the hand... in the nested sequence?

The opposite seems easy, but I often put the CTI on the main timeline in the hope of finding the exact location of the nested sequence.

  • Solution-alternatives-tips for multi-audio export in a nested sequence?

Like many, I mounted my final model as a nested sequence. Several, but not all the subsequences contain a mixture of stereo audio tracks and mono source (including: some isolated from the channels of dialogue, layers, sound effects, etc...). Unfortunately, as I just found on the hard, it seems that exporting OMF or AAF in a nested sequence transfers only the tracks visible IN the NESTED sequence ONLY and ignores all other audio tracks of original sequences (void). And I said that this is the norm for OMF/AAF.  Wow! It sucks!

I hope it's one of those annoying weird things where everyone but me knows the best way to get the audio tracks, went to their audio favorite finishing DAW. Mine is Logic Pro X.

    Appreciate it. Thank you!

What happens if you UN - nest it. Like taking this sequence in the project bin after selecting the button "display nests as the individual sequences and more words ' in the panel mounting - take this sequence nested of the location of the project and place it on the timeline where he opens the video layers.

Now, if this is not export as an OMF - perhaps because she always links to the nest - what to say to another sequence, copying stacked above video layers (layers video open upwards) and copy the audio layers.

Other then that, the command "flatten" allows in some circumstances - but even more with blocking sequences.

  • Copy the effects in the BODY

I have some pictures I want to use a cutting plans. I want to make the small zooms and pans on them. Is it possible to copy the effect of a still and "Paste" on others?

    Thank you.

    / Ulf

Yep, several ways to do this:

    1. Just click on the name of effect (same number of movement), copy it in the way of your choice, select all the clips in the destination and paste.
    2. Select the item in the sequence that contains the effects and animation, copy it, select the destination of the items and choose Edition > paste (Ctrl + Alt + V) attributes.
    3. Create an effect preset; Choose your effects in the effect controls panel, click the menu drop-down (lil' stack o ' pancakes) and select Save preset. Set the options according to your preferences, and it will be saved in the effects bin.
  • Remove the effect of a movie clip nested in a multi-cam sequence?

This might be (and I hope is) a question with several solutions.  I worked on a wedding ceremony and cut it into editing multicamera.  I have finished all touching up and am ready to send to will coloring, but I got a little carried away and had done some color work in first Pro CC with the Lumetri Looks.  I can't understand how unnest sequence clips and remove the effect or find the effect of the nested element.  I'm also curious to know if this would even transfer at will through XML, and it's really not worth you worried about?  Color will probably be something similar to what gave me Lumetri, but I'd rather have done with more detailed ranking checks.

As a question, is possible to unnest a sequence but keep multicam editing?

Press SHIFT + F when, in the multicam sequence.  Who will open the sequence of origin on the same chassis.

  • Video effects in flicker to export nested sequences

I nested content in a sequence. When I export I get flicker at a time where I added an effect.  I used warp stabilizer and opacity masking and both produced sparkling in the finished coating.  When I add the effect of nested track video, while it is not nested and then rendered flicker does not appear, it is a big pain.  I've been adding effects to clips nested for years and I really need, what can I do?

I don't know that this will help you, but...  I recently found this with glued on the nested clip (green bknd) drop shadow effect.  I found that the sequence containing the clips that were the nested sequence had a frequency of inappropriate images (10 FPS).  When I changed this to 23.976 fps, the flicker disappeared.  At no time the real video clip has played at 10 frames per second - just the shadow.

I don't know why that should be while I thought that the rendering was supposed to correct differences as a sequence that when I moved the sequence to the main time line.

  • nested sequences change the proportions of clips under them

    3. only the nested sequence is on - so you can see that it does NOT contain the layers below by mistake

Why is this happening?  It's really disturbing... This happens usually when I make my sequence - it goes all haywire proportions wrong when rendering with transparent nested sequence above all.

Sigh.  I thought about it.  These are my pains of the transition from FCP to Premiere Pro.
Apparently the regardless of the default settings I had rendering changed somehow the proportions of my original clips.
I have re-jiggered rendering in the preferences of the sequence parameters, and the new renders a snippet you want on-site.

So it's not a bug squarely in the first, more just a user error mixed with some default settings in rendering first clumsy.

  • Bind the control to the chronology of the effects with the chronology of the sequence

This should be simple, but I can't work on how do it. First CC missing this obvious feature or am I a fool (don't answer that)...

So, here I am, the editing effects - say for example I want to stay in an audio quickly melted and melted to hide the little noise. I want to zoom on the chronology of the effects that I can tune the exact position of the keyframes.

The zoom in the effects window slider is time consuming and is not automatically Center on the frame that is currently selected in the sequence, in order to keep track of it and ending once zooms are really hard. Zoom on the chronology of the sequence control does not have these problems.

SO, as I'm sure there is a good reason why my timeline effects and the chronology of the sequence does not relate normally is there a way to force this so that when I zoom the sequence of the clip (If selected) in the timeline panel?

    I don't make any sense?

Any advice (other than "have you tried turning market again?") received with gratitude.

    Howie

As Jim said, there is no way to bind the zoom level of the effect controls panel and the timeline. And you're right that zoom through the horizontal slider can be clumsy, lose the read head. However, if you zoom in/out keys, around here! The read head is properly centred.

As for not being able to zoom in all the way, I never encountered this problem. If you can fill in details of the case when it won't zoom in completely for you, I'd be interested. However, one thing you might try is switching the effect controls panel to show Audio time units. In this mode, you can zoom in much more far.

  • First pro, Nested sequence lowers the resolution

Hello.  I worked in a project in first pro 2015 cc and I have problems with nesting. I hope you guys can help. im a beginner so I have no idea what the problem is. It seems to me that when I nest several layers in a sequence and zoom, the resolution of the images inside the drops significantly.

the image itself is not low resolution. If I return to the main sequence and recover the original and place it parallel to the nested version of the original, you can see a huge difference.  as you can see in the screenshot below.

    Screen Shot 2016-03-04 at 11.36.39 PM.png

What should I do? I'm I doing something wrong? or its supposed to be like this?

When I nest several layers in a sequence and zoom, the resolution of the images inside is significantly reduced.

This is the expected result.  Upper scaled 100% cause visible degradation.

Is there a command that will take a nested sequence and break in it is separated from the pieces, as they were before, he become nested? I think I've seen this once iin training but I don't remember and can't find it.

I have roughly the same open close and music track for 4 shows and I hate having to create these same elements to see all four the separately.

You must click the icon before you glue the nest in a new sequence.

  • Cut the nested sequence stops playing in first

Since the installation of the latest version of Adobe first Pro CC (2015.0.2 (version 9.0.2 (6))), it presents a coherent reading problem. After about 1 minute of editing with a nested sequence, first does not allow me to read anything of a sequence or in the source monitor (I also tired to open many projects without success).

The only partial solution is to restart first change a sequence returned instead of a nested sequence.

Is a similar problem that arises when the preferences are set to the incorrect sound card, but change the audio settings does not fix it this time, even in trying two different audio devices. I also checked permissions have been set to read and write and I tried to roll back first to an earlier version, but the problem persists. I drove back to CC 9.0.0 build still having the problem.

It is a topical issue because it is a workstation company, and projects have deadlines.

Well, I finally found a work around. The sequence, I've been nesting must have been corrupted somehow and that froze until the creation whenever I tried to draw in another sequence by nesting.

    THE FIX:

-Copy all the contents of the original sequence into a new sequence (the sequence of as corrupt origin label)

-The new sequence in another sequence with desired parameters of the nests.

It's the fine cut for now.

    Thanks for your help.
