  I hope someone can help me with this even, Yes, very frustrating problem. I've recently updated 2015 CC, simply because I had to because my colleagues did. My creative cloud application however does not accept and shows that older versions of the CC apps. I currently run 13.5.0.347 AE and PR 9.0.0 and according to the CC app no update is available. I run OSX Yosemite and tried to reinstall the CC application.

  Is someone can you please tell me why I can not update? I need this because the problems of rendering in AE are so frustrating (than F * $# * ^ * rendering of the space bar and not being able to cancel kills me). And the deadline does not help...

  We created OPA attribute and Siebel mapping fields under administration - policy automation > mappings in our development environment. However, I am able to EXPORT mappings to XML format. But when I try to IMPORT the mapping on the test environment, I get an error "'Attribute name' field is." whose value is more than 50 characters
  
  When I dug deep in the present, I found this level column length is 75 CHAR type and however on the component business integration component (e.g. Poliy Automation) length was 50. I changed the length of BC and IO level synchronized. IO/IC now shows length 75.
  Still, if I try to import XML on the test environment, I get error "'Attribute name' field is that the value is more than 50 characters."
  
  Any pointers/direction would help a lot, because we have about 2K attributes to migrate.

  A few things to say:

  * This has been raised as a bug and will be fixed in the next version of the Siebel connector.
  * I have reproduced this problem and fixed by the following method:

  1 open the object of integration "Policy Automation" in Siebel Tools
  2. Select the integration component 'Policy of automation attribute Mapping' and select the fields component integration
  3. change the length and the outside length of the 'Attribute name' field of 50 to 75
  4. change the length and the outside length of the 'Field name' field of 50 to 75
  5. compile all projects that begin with 'policy Automation"(just to be safe).
  6 stop the siebel Server
  7. copy the new .srf file compiled in step 5 above
  8 restart the siebel server.

  Once the siebel server is rebooted, you should be able to export and import mappings from attribute names and domain names longer than 50 characters.

• HP OfficeJet Pro 8710: Scans PDF and editable text will not save

  When I scan a document to searchable PDF or won't save a resulting file to editable text (OCR).

  The error message says "The Application from HP could not save the file to the specified location."

  I tried to save in various different locations with the same result.

  I can save other formats including PDF and normal images.

  Right click on the start icon and select programs and features.

  Locate the I.R.I.S OCR application and uninstall it.

  Then download and run the latest drivers for your printer below:

  Once the installation is displayed, close the specified window.

  Then, right click the button start and select run.

  type %temp%, and then press OK.

  Open the optional folder.
  Right-click on IrisOCR.msi (Windows Installer), then choose install.

  Once this is done, open the HP software and try to scan the image, you can see any difference?

• Why the blue search bar and the text does not?

  It started today, but I had this problem in the past before the last update of Firefox. Whenever I click on the search bar, it highlights with a blue background and no text shows. If I make a mistake, I can't see it.

  Firefox did the time you updated and it crashed whenever I did anything. Your last update seems to have solved the chrashing, but the blue bar with NO text is back.

• Yeti USB and output mapping does not...

  I'm trying to implement this new microphone yeti and managed to record some audio first simple and it gives me a massive headache.

  I hope that someone might know what I'm doing wrong... so here goes.

  So I plug it in and set my system preferences Apple to have the yeti blue be the audio input by default. I do not necessarily want to use the headphone output on the mic, so I leave my audio output internal or my cinema display value monitor speakers.

  When I opened the first Pro... I can set the preferences > hardware Audio stereo microphone Yeti no problem...

  I saw somewhere that I had to set the mapping from output to the same thing, but my options are only Adobe Desktop Audio and a grayed Adobe DV...

  If I created the track my option only save mixer is left/right...so I record something on the audio track in the video track, but if I try to read, I don't hear it... even if I see the wav audio on the track.

  IF we define the mapping of output for the same device that we use for audio input... Why do I have the option?

• Change the folder options to show hidden files, but they do not display, and the option will not save

  Then, click Run, type Regedit, go to the next topic & select export.

  Copy the file on the problematic machine, double click on it & select Yes.

  If you do not have another machine,

• Suddenly, MB Pro can not save on Time Capsule

  A month earlier, out of nowhere, I get a time error message:

  "Backup failed."

  Time Machine could not save in "XXX Time Capsule."   Then in details:

  "The backup disk image" / Volumes/XXX of MacBook Pro (4) .sparsebundle of the Time Capsule/XXX ' could not be found (error (null)) "." "

  Have restarted the T.C. and just updated the firmware - no help.  OS X version is up-to-date.  Nothing has changed I know. Full to 98% of the time Machine, but it has been like this for a long time and just deletes old entries, as it should.

  Any thoughts?  I was able to empty the contents of the time capsule, I suppose, if being near capacity could be the culprit.   ???

  Being near capacity should not be the problem, but of course, everything is possible.

  If Time Machine backups are essential for you, I suggest that you check first of all in existing ones to another drive. Then erase the time Capsule drive and start a new Time Machine backup.

  You can do both archive and delete measures directly from AirPort Utility, as follows:

  • Run the AirPort Utility and then select the time Capsule.
  • Select Edit.
  • Select the disks tab.
  • For the process of archiving, select Archive disk...
  • For the delete process, select erase disc...
