Why the application Manager shows me only version apps CS6? How to install CC versions?

Everything on the site leads me to believe that the versions of the CC of the aplications are current versions, however, when I open the Adobe Application Manager, I can only see the CS6 versions. Do I have to uninstall something and then reinstal? What should I do to install the CC versions?

Versions of creative cloud will be unavailable until June 17.  Please see the following related discussions.

Why the application manager said that muse is updated, when it isn't? And will not let me update?

I have the latest version of OS X I opened Muse and he tells me that I have to update. I have check and that's only still v1.1, 960 to build.

    There is a promblem I don't know?

    Hello

Sorry for the confusion and frustration.

Because the Muse is an Air application, there are some limitations in the way that we interact with the Application Manager that can cause these types of States in conflict. We have plans that will address this, but unfortunately, it of a complicated situation and will take time.

I'm working on a document that will address all the various installation questions such as this one and post it on the forum and elsewhere when its done. I apologize that this has not happened before and several people were affected than expected.

  • The Profile Manager shows that my new profile. How do my default profile?

I made a new profile to use exclusively with an alternate version of Firefox. My regular version has accidentally opened this new profile, so I tried to use the Profile Manager to set it as default. However, the Profile Manager is only show my new profile. / AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles shows that I have always my fault and my new profile. Put Pei 'default' in the line just target opens the Profile Manager. How to get back to my default profile or if it will appear in the Profile Manager?

When a profile is not displayed in the Profile Manager, then you can register for this profile using Profile Manager to create a new profile.
You can click on the button "Choose a folder" to make Firefox recognizes and uses an already existing profile.

It is best to create a shortcut on the desktop that selects a specific profile (PEI "profile_name") to avoid opening a profile with a bad version of Firefox.

Be sure to select the profile in the browser by default in the Profile Manager, for that is used when you click on a link in an external program.

You can use the - No.-remote command line switch to open another instance of Firefox with its own profile and run multiple instances of Firefox at the same time.

  • Installed CC and my manager CC points only updates for CS6 and says 'Install' next to the CC version

    Hi all

I don't know why this is, but my CC Manager now only displays updates for CS6 programs and it says 'Install' next to the CC version. I already have the latest CC versions installed on my PC, but now they do not receive the updates.

Any ideas how to make it work once again, I don't want to have to re - download and install again. I clicked on install Adobe prelude CC and it seems to go through the installation process, as if I have already installed it. Please see attachment

Thank you very much for any help you can give to get this problem solved.

  • Creative cloud: why must I always be logged to the Application Manager?

    Hello

I've been on the creative cloud since may, 2012.

Today, 6 may 2013, a very strange thing happened.  At the launch of Photoshop, I was asked to accept the license agreement, then

It took me to another screen where he asked me to log-in to start my trial period.  I clicked on "Buy this software" and I had to log-in to the Application Manager.

I was able to use Photoshop and I thought everything was OK.

However, this problem arises whenever I left PS and tried to re - start.  It has also happened with other applications!

After spending a few hours on chat with technical support, the only thing that works for me must always be connected in the Application Manager when using all Adobe software.  The tech support guy had a reason for this, but for now, it is the workable solution only.

I must also say that I am able to use the Cloud Creative applications while on the internet, but once again I must always be logged in the Application Manager.

If I connect to the Application Manager, the above problem re-surfaces.

It is a new problem as of today. Previously, up to yesterday (May 5, 2013) I was always connected in the Application Manager and used only to connect to get updates.

Why is this happening? Is this a problem or how it works now?

    Hi Jeff,

Yes, it works.  I can be connected on the App Manager and use the Adobe software with a new user account.

However, until you tell me to always switch to this new user account whenever I want to use the Adobe software, is there a way to solve this problem with my current user account?

In fact, it would be easier for me to be always connected to change username all the time.

    Thank you

  • No option to install/remove/update CS6 the Application Manager applications.

I have a registered copy of CS6 Master Collection installed on my MacBook Pro OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 running.  The Application Manager shows the options for apps except CC and CC 2014 apps.  This is how it is supposed to be?  My reason to inquire about this is because I'm having issues installing apps CC 2014 and it was suggested by support uninstall CS6 apps, install apps from CC 2014, and then reinstall the CS6 apps in the Application Manager.  For the moment, I'm not convinced that it is a safe gesture given installation problems I encountered so far.  I need my CS6 apps for school work (especially yet).

Problem solved thanks to Adobe support staff.  I gave control of my MacBook Pro running OSX 10.10.2 Yosemite Adobe, tight teeth and allowed them to remove all the Adobe products out of my laptop.  We have been able to download and install CC (2014) and produced CS6 after with no hang ups.  I did not lose all the work and we smooth sailing since.  Thanks for all the help.

  • Can not get the Application Manager to install

Receive messages that I need to reinstall the Application Manager, but if I ever download and try to install it, I get the error message "could not initialize... Download Support Advisor. "When I try to download that, it says that it has been discontinued.

I tried with my Norton firewall on and outside - no difference.

Try to install on the machine Lenovo Yoga win 8.  He used to work since last year so far, then it just stopped when I updated to the latest version of CC.

I still don't know if you have a cc subscription so start here, Download Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App & Adobe Application Manager

  • I reinstalled just CS6 Master and it would be only doewnload 1 GB to 3 gb of updates before refusing to download 2.2 GB left because he could not update the Application Manager. WHY? It has been updated right before that I have re-installed.

I reinstalled just CS6 Master and it would be only doewnload 1 GB to 3 gb of updates before refusing to download 2.2 GB left because he could not update the Application Manager. WHY? It has been updated right before that I have re-installed.

In addition, he sends you on the parser that is no longer supported, and it sends you to a page for CS6 that refer to it at the bottom. There was no reference to the Application Manager in the journal of management files, only the extension, restart and the police.

Finally found the patch on Google search. CC sound and includes versions of CS. ApplicationManager8.0_all.exe

  • I now have CC, when I downloaded the Application Manager for him, his list only programs CS6

I just subscribed to the CC and downloaded the application manager that lists all the adobe programs, I now have on my Win7 machine.  Each of them shows CC.  I ran on my Vista computer also and its all it shows also, but as CS6.  Why only show CC as well?

  • The Task Manager shows RFLed is a running application.

The Task Manager shows RFLed is a running application. It is still there and seems to be a little hard drive. Computer is an ASI Innovace running Vista Home Premium and only a few months. Equipped with a wireless keyboard and mouse. 2 GB of RAM and 1 terabyte of disk.

Analysis of virus and Spyware scans are both clear. Looking for a file/folder produces a result draw.

What is this application and I should remove it?

RFLed is a utility that my new keyboard and computer to use. It is a gateway keyboard and does not contain the NumLock or CapsLock LEDs on it, but a poster on the graphic screen every time I change these settings. It is annoying because it takes me out of my program document for 5 seconds if I accidentally hit the CapsLock key while typing.

  • Why he was responsible for the Application Manager on my computer?

After I updated Adobe Flash, I got automatically Application Manager on my computer as a new program.  Why do I need this?  I do not have 'cloud' programs/subscriptions or apps, and I want to test one of them.   Actually, I only stand 5 Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop elements 11, but nothing else.  Can I remove this annoying App Manager program, as it now appears to inform me of upgrades "Cloud" that I don't need.

What is important, Adobe should not force unnecessary software on our computers.

The Cloud Manager replaces the Application Manager that you already had the updates.  I removed my as soon as he installed and that you have not yet had any problems.

  • Apps installed from the disc, but Application Manager shows them as not installed

I have all the Creative Suite (master) applications installed from the disc, but Application Manager shows them as not installed. Why?

  • Why my laptop did start asking for the application manager?

I had an old Macbook with CS5 on it for a long time and it worked fine. Then I did a recent migration of a new Macbook Air, and suddenly a few weeks later a sign appears, a box, saying: I need a new version of the application manager.  I have not yet today what it was, if I google it and found and downloaded. Then a sign came up saying that I had CS5 on more than 2 computers. So I chatted with Adobe a few times, lost many hours, they said they reset the license, he never went away. I finally just uninstalled CS5 out of the macbook air, as delete request handler and the macbook air is now just running an old copy of CS3.  Should I try to re - install CS5, it's a kind of worreies me now. Maybe I just have to wait until I get CS7? It's the next Photoshop I will buy. Thank you.

How many computers have you installed ch to?

How many computers have active PS?

Before that you migrated to the new laptop, did first disable this copy of the PS?

If disabled, then uninstall Adobe Creative cleaner a few times, rebooting between each and then a relocation and reactivation does not work, I call customer support Adobe (not Technical Support) and chat with them. Many users have had better results with a phone call, with Live Chat.

In addition, Adobe stops many offices, during the holidays, so I don't know how the customer might have, or not have, until after the new year.

    Good luck

  • No update for lightroom (4.1) with the application manager.

Why it is not possible to update lightroom (creative cloud) with the application manager? That said, I use the latest version (4.1). But the most recent is 4.4. My lightroom 4.1 is buggy...

Try to go to the Manager of the Application and in the applications menu, click the Lightroom, because it would be showing the latest version that is LR 4.4.

It will go to aehad and install the same on article 4.1 of the LR
