  Let me start by saying that we are sorry that you encounter the problem that you are.  However, you must understand why you have these pains and hopefully prevent from happening in the future.

  Adobe has NEVER supported the installation of multiple versions of Acrobat on the same computer.  Not on Windows and not Mac.

  We are aware that some of our clients choose to use this configuration not supported AGAINST OUR RECOMMENDATIONS, however, is NOT supported.  Therefore, the law of modernization of XI Acrobat Acrobat DC is just that - an UPGRADE.  It is not a "install a new piece of software next to my old".  Just like when you apps from the Mac App Store, or with the browser Chrome - update/upgrade you do not get to keep the old software, you simply get the new shiny thing.

  Regarding plugins - it seems that some of you were installing your plugins inside the app on the Mac package.  It is also a NOT RECOMMENDED since Acrobat X configuration, when we enabled support for a plugin folder external - precisely for this reason - that when uninstall us an application it also uninstall the plugins included.  If they were in the right external folder, they would have been left alone.   Although, as Andrew said, none of the plugins would continue to run on Mac.

  39.0 Firefox is the latest version, because it came out Thursday night of last week and can be seen at www.mozilla.org/fireafox/all. The 41.0 is not expected to pull out for some time yet as it is currently in development on the Aurora aka Developers Edition channel 41.0a2.

  Norton support only the most current version and not the beta version, the Aurora or the way every night.

  You do live updates of Norton for updating the extension for Firefox 39.0 Norton toolbar. You probably have an older version of the extension of Norton intended to say Firefox 38.0.5 or an older version.

So the installation remains unfinished. However, the printer and scanner are both of the device but are not available important "Solution Center" screen.  I already have the solutions of the error indicated by HP support withot success.

  I understand that you try to use an all-in-one printer HP Deskjet 1510 with a PC that has been upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but does not complete the installation of the USB and the HP Solution Center is not available. I would like to help.

  I would like to start by disconnecting the USB cable and uninstall all software related to printers. Here is a support document which can be used if necessary reference - uninstalling the software of the printer (Windows).

  Once it's over try to use the HP printer installation wizard for installation. This tool will get the software and installation help.

  The link I gave you is for versions of Dreamweaver before 2014 CC. The connection between Dreamweaver and Business Catalyst method has changed. It is is more directly integrated into Dreamweaver.

• I recently installed Windows 7 32-bit on a PC. It won't start I don't have the installation disc in the drive. Why?

  It is a legitimate Windows 7 PRO 32-bit installation disk with a single certificate. It is activated when I installed so nothing wrong with that.

  I did a clean install and all updates from end to end so that the disc remained in the disk... so I don't think about her.
