I can disable so it does not even start when I turn on my computer and it helps, but the service should start and stop easily.

  I have not seen any decline in Service to the customer. Defective phones would be something in the quality control, if you are looking to blame.   I don't know, but I think it's causing my movie maker does not start. I looked around even more of an answer to this question on how to resolve this error, and I couldn't find anything so far. Microsoft support said that I have nothing to do and it will solve automatically. Alas, I got this error whenever I tried to open Movie Maker (the time is equal to the time I tried to open it).

  Installation CD is not delivered with your laptop, just recovery CD and recovery CD offers no repair option.

  Try to get the CD of Microsoft facilities. Talk with your friends. I'm sure that someone has this facilities of Windows XP Home edition CD. Check if you can do something by using the R option.
