Why un.99 hundred pay each month and no history of purchases. I want to stop it.

Last month my credit card shows an accusation.99 and this month as well.  I'm logged into my account and there is no history of purchases. I don't know what these fees are for and I want to stop it.  I don't know how to do this.

It appears than iCloud storage fees. Maybe there is someone else in the family that uses the same credit card.
