• Updates do not install for CS6 Photoshop and Dreamweaver

  Hi people out there

  I tried to install the updates appear in my creative cloud for CS6 Dreamweaver and Photoshop CS6 application but it downloads and then gives me an error message of failure of the update with the U44M1P7 error. I tried the fixes offered on other posts here, but it does not solve the problem and I'm still not able to update these programs.

  So I fixed it myself by uninstalling Photoshop CS6 both Dreamweaver CS6, then do a re-installation of CS6 Master Collection and that left me with messages of update in the creative clouds and this time loading successfully updates!

  Thanks to these 2 people responded. This seems to be a regular problem, but judging by the posts on the forums. Maybe then this fix will help others.

  We have a user who requested the installation of Photoshop CS6 extended, but she already had the Standard Adobe CS6 installed Design. We went ahead and uninstalled the Standard design version and installed the Web and Design Premium version, but when we were going to run Photoshop it's always the regular version and not a scope.  In addition, we have also downloaded the cleanup tool Adobe to remove completely all creative Cloud/CS6 version/Adobe ID credentials to try and make a facility 'clean' the Web and Design Premium, but even after this, Photoshop starts again as the regular version despite the installation of the Web and Design Premium package.

  The computer is a Mac Pro and 10.7.5 (Lion).  Is there something we're missing?  Help or clarification on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  • Launch Photoshop
  • Go to help > deactivate
  • Choose the option remove permanently
  • Restart Photoshop and enter the serial number of the Design and Web Premium CS6

  FF stopped working entirely. I have uninsalled 14.0.1 13 and reinstalled. Who has not solved the problem. I get msg that FF is already running, but it is not running and does not appear in the Manager of tasks as an active process. Scan of the machine for viruses using PrevX shows a clean machine. I tried many ideas in this support website but am limited since I don't have the ability to run the FF. Discount file read-only to read profiles not only did not hold as whenever I checked the properties of the profiles folder always it will reset read-only.

  The problem seems to be with Prevx. Set Prevx mode installation and upgrade, then it works fine.
