  Looks like something in your system is really messed up. Because you won´t be advised to recover your machine, so I can't give you any suspicion because that would REALLY be the one and the only option to solve this problem.

  If some software Toshiba uninstall NOT etc then it won´t repair itself, or it can be sorted out by re-installled or force too install apps...
  Maybe you make you a few remarks and then save your files in order to recover your machine?

  My mother bought a Satellite A105-S4284 during a stay in the States. DVD - RAM UJ - 841S with her drive is set to 1 in the region for DVD playback, I want to get it on region 2. I told myself I have 4 changes left, but I am unable to change it. He asked a zone 2 DVD to be inserted and I have administrator privileges - the two conditions are met, but it refuses to work.   I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite A105-s4284. When I play the audio files (wma, mp3, wav), the sound sometimes produced a noise of cracking (scraping) and its VERY VERY annoying, people who share this problem know how disturbing this is, especially when you pay 1,100 euros for a processor core duo with 1 GB ram notebook (what you thought it would be perfect for use).

  If it s a laptop capable of vista then I see no reason why the laptop doesn't have to support Windows Vista.
  It of a fact that, this time no Vista drivers are available on the Toshiba page. (I put t found any)
  I guess we will be able to download the drivers in the next few weeks.

  PS: I installed the RC2 release of my camera and it works without any additional driver. Only the wifi card does not work, but I can live with them

  If you have a Vista disc (not the recovery disk Toshiba), you can start Notepad using this disc. During initialization, you should be able to choose a repair console providing an option that might help to fix and repair the system.

  I assume you mean the Toshiba control functionality of the buttons.
  The utility is not configured or does not work. In this case I would say reinstall this tool and then after phone restart, you might try to install it again.

  Note: Don't forget to check the options buttons in the control of Toshiba utility
