• Windows keeps refreshing. Will not stop even after the resumption of the plant.

  You can get in trouble with your device drivers (those on the factory recovery disc may be obsolete).  Go to Device Manager by going to start / find and type Device Manager and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Check each device to a red x, yellow! or white?  These identify devices with problems probably (drivers, but also of conflict or something else).  Click on each for more details and troubleshooting tips.  If you need to get drivers (and you should get updates for your video card and monitor at least and all the others you have time to do - they can help way beyond simply solve this problem), let the computer dealer or the manufacturer of the device (NOT of Microsoft Updates).  In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows:http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/.   If it does not, it could very well be a real hardware problem (since dismissed pretty much factory relocation a software problem, except for updates unless you have already done as well).  Here's how to do a little troubleshooting on your own equipment:http://elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Hardware_Tshoot.  After that, I would either return it to the manufacturer for repair or find a well known local computer repair shop to diagnose and repair (or replace) the problem.

  Hello, I would be very happy to help. I recently tried the upgrade to windows 10 Professional, but then tried to downgrade to 7 Professional and problems have occurred. the downgrade was not working. So, I tried:

  * a clean install with a disc of windows 7 sp1 (from the original e6430 provision for computer Latitude) and found windows 7 would not be updated.

  * updated windows troubleshooting it is constantly with the same error and corrections:

  Problems encountered:

  -windows update error 0 x 80070003 (2016-06-13-T-11_06_27A) not set

  -subscription to the service is missing or damaged fixed

  -problems of recent installation updates fixed

  -problems of recent installation updates fixed

  * Reinstall system backup image

  Same problems as each time I tried windows update it is stuck and troubleshooting that it comes up with the same error above.

• Service SQL Server 2014 will not start start after the update sp1 (KB3058865, KB3075950, KB3094221)

  Hi, my SQL Server 2014 works very well in my server with WIndows 2012 until I installed the new day & service pack that was required for server hardening.

  I successfully installed SP1 KB 3058865 first, then discovered that the services do not start. After so much research to fix, I came with the 2 cu updates KB3075950, KB3094221 in knowing that it could solve my problem but unfortunately is not.

  I also tried to change the service account that many suggest, but his does not work.

  I tried to replace the master file & maslog but also failed.

  I tried to run etc and unique usermode and restore master db... also failed.

  I have a Toshiba Satelklite Pro L300 and had no problem for the last 4 years. Last Monday, I replaced my hard drive with a new one and after installing a new copy of Windows XP Pro, I have downloaded all the drivers on the official site. After my last update, I have updated the BIOS to version 1.30 to 1.50. After a few seconds my laptop has rebooted and was not able to load Windows and / or recognize my new hard drive.

  I tried several methods, using safe, optimal Bios default etc but was unsuccessful. IO could not even re - install Windows as the hard drive is not being recognized by the laptop. I've formatted the HD again through my desktop Pc, but still have the same problem.

  I am really worried and would like immediate help!

  What happen exactly when you turn on your laptop?

  Set the BIOS as deult and try to install the original recovery image that you got with your laptop. If everything works OK that means upgrading the disk HARD was a success and there is not a serious hardware problem.

  After this check, you can try again to install Windows XP Home edition.

• BlackBerry smartphones can not synchronize correctly after the 4.5 upgrade

  I have a Pearl 8100 and just updated to 4.5 v. I didn't know anything about the updates specific to the provider and just updated directly from Blackberry.com. Now when I try to sync (I use Outlook 2003 via Desktop Manager v4.2.0.14) he wants to add all my appointments from Outlook - but they are still on my BB. If I complete the synchronization I have duplicates of EVERYTHING. In addition, most (but not all) of the 'all day' events on my BB became 12:00 A - 11:59 P events instead of just an entry all day at the top of the day. I continue to cancel synchronization, so I can't even imagine what would happen if I'm as much that synchronize my address book.

  I looked in my Desktop Manager software update, but I can't back up because I can't synchronize (although I backed up my entire Outlook file, so I guess I have backed up). I also watched by uninstalling v4.5, but indications that I found on one another detachment said to remove the upgrade to add/remove programs and it wasn't there.   I used a trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS5. It has expired, however, the default value for jpg files is always set to CS5. I could not get the OS to see CS4 through the default program to help navigate the reset. I can successfully navigate the CS4 exe file, but after clicking on it, the image and action, that the two still call CS5 as the program to use.

  I thought I might suggest suggest the following to see if it makes a difference.
  Go to default programs, click Associate a file to a specific program Type. Then define Associations for .jpg default Windows Photo Viewer, reboot and then go back and see if you can change it to CS4.

  Help please, cannot complete phone ater installation performing a software update by using the link to Blackberry.

  Sequence of events;

  Recognized by link to Blackberry phone.

  Get - software update seems to load correctly then unplugged Z10.

  Phone restarts, welcome to Blackberry, English (UK) checked, swupe left.

  No available SIM card, slide to WI - Fi.

  Password entered for home network and confirmation screen displays connected.

  Agree screen - countries changed to United Kingdom (English),

  the bottom slot, I agree to the Blackberry ALS...
  "I agree" and "I do not accept" buttons cannot be selected and
  After a short delay could not connect appears.

  By pressing "Settings" goes back to the page of the networks Wi - Fi with
  confirmation that the connection is good and round, there it is again.

• IPhoto doesn't work and will not be updated after the upgrade of the El Capitan

  My Iphoto now has a line through it, on the list of the app.  It does not level!  Said is no longer available or I returned or cancelled - which I have not done!

• CD player will not save because after the last update

  I've been using the same PDF template for several years. I save under and I'm taken to a white drum that gives me my options on the save location. When I tried to do today, white box comes up with a four squares logo faded to spin in the middle and the entire screen flashes. It won't save as or let me something else that print. I know I get to save as on this file because I have used for years. I use a Surface Pro 2 and there was a recent windows update last night. Please help with ideas. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled drive.

• ERROR CODE 604, will not import images after the recent upgrade from trial version free of subscription.

  HI, I'm getting an error code 604 when I try to import images, it comes up with the following message, some import operations were not made, the following files were not imported because they could be read... items 1-100 etc.

  I import the raw files from my card, it's no different than when I imported on the free trial version, but now I've updated it wont let me import, everything else seems to work very well with the catalogue, export etc.  Please help me as soon as possible, if someone had this problem?

  Hi thank you 99jon, you're perfectly right, it's to do with permissions and thanks for putting me on the right track to fix, the destination had for some strange reason changed during the upgrade, so raw files went to a file on the hard drive which has permissions rather than the images where he used to go (until the upgrade).  If anyone has this error code 604, please look to see where the images are current, is not always easy to say right away, I saw he entered the hard drive and initially assumed that it would go into pictures where it is before the upgrade, it would be useful that adobe has this error code with an explanation of what this means on their list of troubleshooting , but could not find any information anywhere.  It caused me a lot of delays with hundreds of images that I work on different maturities, but thank God its fixed, very happy
