  Can someone take me through the steps to write a file in Notepad so that I don't have to ALWAYS manually type my password in a field of Web site.

  On my old computer, many years ago, someone actually writes the file for me; I saved the .vbs file in Windows and then copied to my desktop.

  I just need to type 'Alt' + 'Shift' + 'Z'... and my password appeared!

  Can someone please help me recreate this program?

  After starting windows 7 Notepad opens a window titled GfxCUIServiceInstall. I had started this process by calling Microsoft.   I found myself in the same situation just two days ago. I thought about her because I traced my actions for these last two days. It turns out that I put all *.vbs files to open Notepad (I did because I was plagued by virus heuristics *.vbs).  GfxCUIServiceInstall is a vbs script and it opens at startup. So if I put the vbs files to open in Notepad, gfxCUIServiceInstall opens at startup in a Notepad file everytime I open my computer. You just need to change the program that windows uses to open these files in "Microsoft Windows based script host" by using the "open with" command shell when you right click on the vbs files. It's a shame the customer service can not provide this kind of solution, not belittle you or convince you to pay him.

  Some security software, our company is installing Exchange Windows to "run".vbs file extension to "open in Notepad." When the computer connects, Notepad will automatically launch and "runaddinchecker.vbs" is open. The user must close it spend. • We operate in a very restricted DNS environment and sites with a signed wildcard SSL download is very slow, so how turn off all controls and keep HTTPS?

  If we use a self-signed certificate, we could add an exception. But we use a DigiCert Wildcard certificate. Our sites use a DNS very small with maybe a dozen of the URL for which a name points to an IP address. When Firefox is used to access our sites over HTTPS it is slow and often does not drink serving error messages on the security of the site. I think it's because he needs to verify the certificate or revocation. We do not have this problem using HTTP. I disabled 'OCSP request', but it did not help.

  So, I have a solution for this, but I consider ideal.

  Our certificate provider utilizes both URLS resolve to a single IP address to validate certificates. Adding restricted these records to our DNS solves the problem. However, IPs addresses change from time to time and each site would have to be updated if that happened.

  Ideally, it would be nice if Mozilla would add a white list or 'trust' option to Firefox.

• Firefox does not start after the places.sqlite opening in Notepad

  Firefox does not load again. I tried to create a large folder of bookmarks, but I wanted them to hide so I tried to be clever and create a copy of my current places.sqlite who had no bookmarks added and moved elsewhere, then I added bookmarks and once that replace the current places.sqlite then I created a copy of this and put it elsewhere for more security and then I replaced it with the first places.sqlite I had copied. I had to go through that much trouble because for reasons, I was unable to delete the bookmarks by right-clicking and selecting delete. I had already tried to open places.sqlite in Notepad and since then is when it started to happen. I tried to reset the file extension type, or rather detached, but I can't figure out how. I also tried to remove completely any Mozilla partner, restarted my computer and then reinstall Mozilla, but it didn't work and I prefer not to try again or uninstall it because my computer has a very difficult time even boot Windows 10. He likes to get on the desktop and then never hang while I have to restart the computer continuously until it works.

  Do a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.

  Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but do NOT delete personal data when you uninstall Firefox which removes all Firefox profile folders and you lose your data.

  How can I get rid of the header and footer when I print something I wrote on Notepad.

  SEARCH will search through the bottom of a column, but look for the first occurrence of the value, it is set to search. In this case, you are looking for A, B, or C, so SEARCH will return a zero for each.

  Given the empty cells in the last four lines of the column A, LOOKUP (A, table 1::A, 1::C) will return to the values

  Please note that Firefox has a built-in editor called Notepad (Firefox/tools > Web Developer) as part of the developer of the tools that you can use to edit files, including HTML files.

  Can you please check if Notepad is in place, if you turn off the devtools.scratchpad.enabled parameter by setting the value to false. You can do so by following the instructions in the Mozillazine on changing the configuration of Mozilla editing about: Config

  Great to hear that your problem is finally solved.

  Regarding 2nd query you have raised, it is not possible to have the program running if you turn OFF the computer (it's like saying you want the bulb to keep bright despite off). When stop you the machine, you turn off the power... so there is no way that the current state maintained. When start the computer again the next time it starts on new.

  But there are 2 options that can help you with your problem: -.

  1 SAVE your changes before you close the program, and choose next time when you start the computer

     File ->Open (This way your work is preserved and you need not start afresh next time onwards)
  

  2. instead of turning off the computer, choose to Hibernate. When Hibernate you (and NOT CLOSE) the current state is preserved. This means that if you leave the notebook running he will remain in the same State when you next start your computer the next time.
