Will not play netflix movies - goes to another page of netflix.

Firefox 4 refuses to play Netflix movies streaming. They worked well in the latest version of Firefox 3 I had yesterday. I added a few security and blocking of modules but disabled then those other than the ones I had used with the previous version. Netflix recognizes my account but when I click on the button "resume play", or if I select a movie and he say to play, it is by default to another page of Netflix with instructions of some sort - it will not play streaming videos.

I've just updated to the new Firefox and would not be able to stream my Netflix movies. I was getting an error code associated with Silverlight. I called Netflix and they had me turn on my story and that solved the problem. Their technical support, said the history/cookies must be enabled to stream movies. I hope this helps! (I also followed the prompt on the screen of Netflix with this error code to remove my old registered certificates, etc.).

    Hello

    Method 1:

I would suggest you click on the link provided below, proceed and check if it helps.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/972496

    Method 2:

You can also face this problem if your Windows Media Player database is damaged, you can delete the database of Windows Media Player. To do this, follow these steps:

    (a) output Windows Media Player.

    (b) click Start, run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click OK.

(c), select all the files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.

Note: you don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

    (d) restart Windows Media Player.

Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

If the above does not solve your problem then clear cache of database of Windows Media Player files. To do this, follow these steps:

    (a) output Windows Media Player.

    (b) click Start, run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoftand then click OK.

  • audioContext will not play until that discharge of the page

Hi, I'm developing a Web site that uses as the main mechanism audioContext for audio playback.
While the site works with chrome/safari and opera, I struggle to do audio playback smoothly in firefox on the desktop and android 26. The problem is that the playback features are cooked (and all my logs is perfectly fine), but no audio out. So when I leave the page, the audio suddenly starts to play when I am already in another page. Then after a while the audio would end.
However, this does not happen every time. It seems that, when the computer is under load, it happens more often. So I suspect a bug in Firefox.
Unfortunately, under my business rules, I can't give details about the code that I have developed.

    Ok...
Got my hands full for the past few weeks.
It turns out that if, instead of putting audioContext to a variable, but put it in an object:
    var holder = {ctx: new AudioContext()};

Then set holder.ctx = null to window.beforeunload. The problem goes away.

I've noticed a trend to the error that a freshly started firefox will be able to play the audio very well. Then, after the audio page and connected to the rear, the left. After a disconnect again, the audio suddenly began to play. So I thought that maybe the javascript engine is not properly release its resources when it puts an end to its current instance.

  • Technical problem: body CS5.5 will not play DSLR MOVs

    Hello!

I'm new to body CS5.5 (first day, actually) and I can't read. MOV to my Canon 5 d Mk2 (with audio). All other file formats I've tried has worked, which is very bad because I bought the Production Premium package just for working with DSLR images.

It's okay if I create a sequence (still did not understand what it is for) with/for files or not, it doesn't matter what project settings that I have. After I launch the application, I can play (or scrub) DSLR files for 10 seconds max before the output begins to jump erratically in the clip (the playhead does not), then in turn green (RGB: 0 x 008600), sometimes interposed with images of other clips that were played before, sometimes even garbage. There is no recovery from this. All other file formats continue to work properly. 'New project' or exit the application can then take up to a minute while the program remains insensitive and looks that it broke down. It's totally unusable (the competition and all other software works very well with files).

I have a Win7 64 bit 3.4 GHz Sandybridge system with 16 GB of RAM. Hard drives are big, fast and fast enough to handle the video DSLR. There is no other applications running in the background (really nothing like the computer is not connected to the internet) and there is a lot of memory and available hard drive space.

What I can do or what wrong? Thanks in advance.

    ... Mike

A quick scan on the thread looks like no one has yet suggested another possible fix.

CS 5.5 has a problem with Nikon D7000 media.  Adobe is aware and working on the fix.  In the meantime, Nikon all users need to do is change the extension to .mpg .mov files and files work fine.

You can try the same thing with your Canon files.

  • will not play netflix videos 37.0.1

Firefox 37.0.1 doesn't stream netflix videos. I'm not having this problem with chrome.

How can I fix it. I tried UN/reinstall MS silverlight.

You can try this in a new profile, that it will test in an unaltered default, Firefox:

  • S3100 says it is connected to the Internet but will not play Netflix.

I read where everyone seems to have a problem that they can not connect to video services.

I think it's sad that an update makes your unusable.  Never had a problem with my Panasonic TV boxes.

I don't really know how to make a network connection to the hand.  Why are told that it is connected?

YOU MUST DO AN UPDATE TO FIX THIS!

    Hi MichaelJohn and lhendricks,

Try to initialize the player requests by going to settings > reset > initialize personal information > OK, and then click on and select Internet videos then agree and on the following end user license agreement.

The issue only happens on Netflix, how about other apps?
