Win - 7 and Outlook 2003. Deleting a delete user namer win-7 account contactsand outlook emails?

My outlook 2003 would cease to function without error message other than "stopped working". It seems to be linked to my user name because another sign in names to work. I have changed my username from the cat to the dog. When I signed in my email of contactand outlook dog were not there. I have deleted the original name, at this time, I clicked on save files. I have located the files backed up, but cannot find my outlook 2003 contact files (* .pst). When I am connected to dog my contacts and the original emails do not exist. When I search for *.pst files, I find only the new files with no contact. How can I find my original contact and e-mail files?

By user name, you are probably referring to the Outlook profile. Delete a profile has no effect on the data, but thereagain you need to reveal how you deleted.

The default locations of the data files is displayed here

http://www.HOWTO-Outlook.com/FAQ/aboutpst.htm#location

But could have located anywhere them on your system.

PST contains all mail & contacts, etc.

An update to a new version do NOT alter or modify your personal settings as the user name or password. TB-program-files are kept in a place while all data, settings, messages, archives, etc address books are stored under each user's own space. Just to make sure that an update does not interfere with the data.

Who said they would send you username and pwd? It's strictly btw you and your mail server provider.

  • Deleted user names and passwords will not apear on a list in the form, but if I start typing them they apear

Deleted user names and passwords will not apear on a list in the form, but if I start typing them they same apear if I deleted the history. I encountered this problem on several computers: a PC with XP, one with Windows 7 and Mac so I know for some there is a firefox problem. Somehow the passwords and user names remain stored even if previously deleted. I want to sell my PC but I can not because of security risks. Of course, the problem could be solved by formatting the HARD drive and reinstall the OS, but I want to know how to solve the problem without doing. I've tried everything and still they stay... Please help me... and I want to know if anyone else has this problem. Thank you!

If the names and passwords still show in the password manager so that they are not deleted.
    See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Password_Manager

If you don't see them in the password manager, but they still fill then you either they have saved in form or you have an extension that has saved this data.
See remove the navigation, search and download history on Firefox

You can check the form data saved with this extension:

How can I delete this registered user name? I tried to delete cookies from the Web site, but it does not work. I tried looking through saved passwords, but it doesn't work either, since there is no actual password associated with the username.

Was probably saved as a data form - see this:

  • Printing (images and outlook emails) in Win problem...

    Hello

I'll have a printing problem in one of my computers on network. The computer has a local printer and it prints all documents except the photos and emails from MS outlook. In addition, whenever I want to print a word doc, it shows an empty field in the selection of the printer have been I have to select the default printer. This problem appeared only to this user, when I try to log in to the same machine as a different user, I can print everything (including photos) and other documents without problem and the printer appears by default in the print selection box!

It seems that I have to restet sort of print somewhere for this specific user options in regedit. One option that might work is to remove the user and re-create a new, but I do not prefer this option before you look for the best solution.

PS I tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest printer driver, but again same problem made its appearance.

I've recreated the new user and now everything is OK

  • Change of user name of the account and moved to OSX Yosemite. Apps still work, but can not download new applications or updates.

I recently moved to a new MacBook Air with a hard disk physically more. I had a colleague move on all of my software and data, and everything seems fine play. All current applications, that I have in place such as Photoshop and Illustrator are working very well.

Unfortunately when I try to download other applications in creative cloud it shows just download error. I tried to reinstall creative cloud, which did nothing.

I must point out that when I moved to the larger machine I changed the user account names. Whenever I try to use FileSync, he said: he is looking for a file in the old user account folder. This occurs even after you try to change where this folder is in the preferences.

More I have updated the Mavericks to Yosemite. I don't know what effect it has.

Any idea how to restore my ability to get downloads and updates? Or maybe how to fix my FileSync?

I think I solved it by uninstalling everything and running the vacuum cleaner by these instructions: use of the cleaning tool CC to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

  • System requires me to identify you as a deleted user

When I restart my Macbook Air with El Capitan 2013, the system pushes me to log on as a user that have been deleted. It shows the login name and the icon that is correct for the user, even if the user has been deleted via the preferences system and the user's home directory no longer exists. It wont let me connect you as any other user. There is no 'back' arrow and no box to type the user name. Only the icon of the user and the password box. I have to enter the password for the deleted user, then a progress bar appears and slowly fills up, then shows the standard connection interface where I can type the username of my admin account and log in normally. This happens at every reboot. I tried to recreate the user with the same user name, then delete again via system preferences. This did not help. This is a standard user, not admin. What is a weird problem. Please notify.

    Anyone else had this problem?

  • I can't connect to the other user account... error message read s 'user name' or password. We have not set up a password and user name is correct.

I can not access another user account.  It to request a username and password.  I enter the user name is correct and there is no password.  The login page, used to have two icons of the user; but for some reason, the last log on the user icon is here and a new white icon for the new user.

Once a week a few posters noted a problem similar to yours. In this case, I post the answer you see below. The little that I find very irritating that in each case, without exception, the poster was not able to return and account for the results, either because they found my recipe too difficult to follow, or because he or she lost interest, he or she could not be bothered to post a few comments for the benefit of other people with the same problem. There it is again...

I do not know why you can not change this password, but maybe this method will shed light on the question:

    1. Safe boot mode.
    2. Click Start.
    3. Type the three letters cmd into the search box.
    4. Press Ctrl + Shift + Enter
    5. Click on "Run as Administrator".
    6. Type the following commands and press ENTER after each one:
'John Doe' ppp NET user / add
(to create an account called "John Doe" with the ppp password)
      net localgroup administrators/add "John Doe"
(to promote "John Doe" to the Administrators group)
      net localgroup administrators/del 'John Doe'
      (to demote this account)
      NET user "John Doe" ppp
(to set the password for John Doe at ppp)
NET user "John Doe" / active: Yes
      (to activate this account)
NET user "John Doe" / active: No.
      (to disable this account)
NET user "John Doe" / del
      (do not delete this account)
      NET user
(to view all existing account names)
  • I just be reformatted my computer and now when I turn on my lap top it takes a user name and password

my computer aka the computer dell laptop starts, but before it goes to the screen of welcome I have to logg microsoft XP and I don't know the user name and password

Original title: I just reformatted my computer and now when I turn on my lap top there need a username and password and I have no idea what is it please can someone help me

If you reformatted your computer / reinstalled Windows XP, then you entered an administrator password twice, possibly with a security issue, or you have left all these blanks.

    Try:

    -Username: admin - password:
-Just to fill the area of the administrator user and press enter

In addition, if you load to the Welcome screen, now try the CTRL + ALT key and tap DEL twice.  This should give you CTRL + ALT + DEL logon box.

    Hello

    Reinstall vista

I'm sorry, but the strategy of microsoft in these forums is that without assistance will be given about lost or forgotten passwords

read the policy at the link below

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/windows_vista-security/keeping-passwords-secure-Microsoft-policy-on/a5839e41-b80e-48c9-9d46-414bc8a8d9d4

Here are the different ways to reinstall vista

Contact the computer manufacturer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it

they do it for a nominal cost of $

also ask them if you have a recovery partition on your hard drive to get back to the way you bought

you would normally press F10 or F11 or Alt + F10, 0 at startup to start the recovery process according to the manufacturer

Ask them of the exact key sequence

or borrow a microsoft dvd vista

Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer

they contain all versions of vista

This is the product key that determines which version of vista is installed

In OutLook Express... I can receive messages. I can very well read the mail and I can delete mail very well. I can't create mail. I can't answer the mail. I can't transfer the mail. I can't open my address book. Can someone help me to fix and solve this problem?

    Problem of Outlook Express...

In Outlook Express with the help of windows XP, home edition and Explorer... I can't create mail. I can't answer the mail. I can't mail before , and I can't open my address book. I peut receive mail. I can open and read the mail. I can delete mail.

Here are the error messages I receive:

    AddressBook:

In the pop-up window, a triangle orange samll with exclamation point inside. The text reads...

"Unable to open the address book. The AddressBook is may not be installed correctly. »

    Create a Mail:

It has a similar error with the same triangle window, but the text reads,

"There was an error opening this message. An error has occurred. »

    Answer:

The same error as box create a message.

    Before:

The same error as box create a message and the reply.

    Also:

Right-click to highlight an error window or page does not work, then make a left click to copy does not work...

Try to go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  Then, add your account and see if it works then.  If they do, use the file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.
