Win7x64 - cannot yet run Defender after the removal of 'Win' 7 Antispyware 2010
Hit, Spybot cleaned 1.6.2, but Defender does not work now.
When I opened the defender of the Control Panel, it says "Service has collapsed!", and I click NOW to START then get "the specified service does not exist as an installed service. (Error code: 0 x 80070424). "Indeed, it is not in the list of Services.
I downloaded WindowsDefenderx64.msi and receive popup: ' You do NPT need to install this software, as it is included in Vista!
How race/re-installed Defender?
PS The Spybot rules!
The easiest way is to go into Add/Remove programs and remove Windows Defender and then reinstall it.

My development machine is running 8.1 Windows x 64 , OR 2014 LabVIEW with NI Veristand , MATLAB, 2014 and Visual Studio 2013. These are academic needs so I can't uninstall one of them at the moment.
NI Veristand is recognized in MATLAB as shown below:
Compatibility Guide, I discovered that NI Veristand is only compatible with Visual C++ 2010 or below, as shown:
Which means VC ++ 2013 is not possible because it is installed by default with my version of award-winning VS. 2013.
The problem is that I downloaded and installed VC ++ 2010 and updated for SP1 as shown:
MATLAB always shows VC ++ 2013 professional like compiler default mex. I don't know if you have a solution to this problem and why VC ++ 2013 is not supported.
Is there any known workaround solution to use the VC compiler ++ 2010 while 2013 version is installed? Thanks for million times, NOR the team and community members were always there for me and others.

After the validation question on MATLAB responses as well, the two made me understand as follows:
- I removed all products VC 2010 (edition Express, distributions, updates) of programs and features.
- I downloaded and installed Windows 7 SDK (it has 64-bit compiler Express edition lacks).
- I then downloaded VC ++ 2010 Express edition (it has the required by the compiler tool chain).
- Finally I've updated VC ++ 2010 SP1 (web installer) as Windows Update always fails to do so.
After that, I tried many simple examples, including the offset sine and deadlines. It was compiled well and easily imported in LabVIEW.

Try Mode safe mode with networking - repeatedly, press F8 that you start.
The best two methods allow scanners to run and/or AV.exe out of the way or removing.

CTRL SHIFT ESC - task manager OR right click on the taskbar - task managerProcess tab - complete the process on AV. EXE and continue with the uninstall Guide.
If necessary use start - computer or Windows Explorer to navigate to
C:\Program Malwarebytes Anti - Malware\mbam.exe or where it is installed - if
necessary right click on the shortcut of Malwarebytes - Properties - tab - target line to see where it
is installed.Right-click on it and rename it to ZZMbam.COM (or something different than now) and
Double-click it, and then run it like this. You can rename it back later. Do the same with
other programs according to the needs. Use this method to others as needed - NOT assume all
a program deletes all or that it is no other malicious software. Use the ".com"
prevents the extension as this malware. EXE to run.---------------------------------------------------

'Vista Antispyware 2010 - unregistered Version' unwanted pop ups
Three windows continually dog pop up my computer and continues to re-pop-up after clicking on them. It asks me to upgrade to a fully paid-for version Vista Antispyware and that my computer is infected. The list of the infection continually changes and continues to pop up despite my continual cancellation. I tried to delete this using Windows Defender, but he advises simply buy Vista Antispyware too. By clicking on 'remove all' just takes me to a page "buy full version". I tried many different things but can't stop these pop ups! What should I do?
