Win 7 Pro crashing gently and slowly!

I use win 7 pro 32-bit. I am facing a lot of problems every day I log on that I don't know why it's happening but his frustration.

My firewall from win 7 and the Defender is not woking. As well as autoplay, microsoft security essential suddenly crushed and now impossible to start.
My action center is also not working.
It seems that I need to reinstall windows 7 I don't want to do because I need to download and install the software and I do not have their configurations.
Help, please!
I tried fixing problem using sfc scan, but does not.
Also I am not able to repair my system using the system repair disc.
Waiting for answer!

what I have to buy a new copy of license or just pay the amount of the upgrade to the new version of windows? If so how do I do that?

You will need to purchase a new license, unfortunately, you can't buy just the product key, you'll need to buy the package, given that Microsoft is no longer selling just the key.

    The upgrade to Windows XP?

Please read these instructions carefully and completely before you begin installing Windows 7: there are important steps that you must follow to upgrade your PC from Windows XP to Windows 7 in order to preserve your files and settings.

Before you begin, you'll need to backup all your data to an external storage device, and you will need all the installation discs for the programs that you want to keep. Please make sure that you have an external hard drive (see details below).

More detailed instructions are available at windows.microsoft.com/upgrade-windows-xp. Here are the basic steps.

    1. start Windows Upgrade Advisor (windows.microsoft.com/upgradeadvisor) to see if there are known issues that may affect the installation and the question of whether you should install the version of 32 or 64 bit Windows 7.

2 back up your files and settings on an external hard drive using Windows Easy Transfer (windows.microsoft.com/windows-easy-transfer). If you do not have an external hard drive, you will not be able to use Windows Easy Transfer. Alternatively, you can copy the files you want to keep on a USB stick, CD or DVD.

    3. you will need to manually reinstall your programs, such as Microsoft Office, after I installed Windows 7. Gather the installation for your programs and all partner/license product key discs. You may be able to download programs from the Internet. For example, Windows Live Messenger can be installed from the download.live.com/messenger.

    4. Insert the Windows 7 DVD in your PC. When asked "which type of installation you want. Click on "Custom (advanced)."

    5. when Windows 7 is installed, use Windows Easy Transfer to restore your files and settings.

If you are not comfortable Windows 7 installation, check with a local retail or the services of the PC company store to see if they offer upgrade services.

  • Win 7 Pro set up and use

I just bought a computer laptop dv6-6130us of Office Max. It was created with a username of "Store1131". Purchase, a technician has changed Store1131 to my name, Ashton. User account shows Ashton (Administrator) as the only user. However, other places are still the Store1131. Those sites include users of Windows Explorer, users and user of the network task manager. How can I remove this Store1131 without going through all the lines in the registry where it appears?

Go to control panel and under "user accounts and parental" select "Add or remove user accounts". Once it opens click here to open the old account. You should then have the option on the left to "change the name of the account. Rename it to Store1131. Now, go outside and then open "adding / deleting user accounts" again and select the option "create a new account. Set up one with your name. (Skip setting up a password for now) Now, restart the laptop and connect to your new account. Return to the control panel and "Remove" the old account "Store1131".

I mean, now I use now Win 7 Pro in the lap top, it had Win XP Pro and I did an encryption my files and folders at this time.

    Please notify.

    Thanks & regards in advance

It will never ask for the encryption keys. Whenever an encrypted file/folder is created, the keys are also created and stored safely in the system. At any time, you can take a backup of the keys (you need, as you cannot decrypt it without the keys).

  • Re: Tecra R950-18F: win 8 Pro starts a new SSD drive

    Hello

Having a few issues with the victory 8 DVD pro included with my laptop.

BIOS is set as UEFI + secure boot, win 8 pro dvd starts and I can start recovery, after a while, he asks disc 2 and starts to recover win 8.

After completion and reboot, it does not start and shows just the toshiba logo.

Factory hdd with SSD OCZ VERTEX 4 is replaced by the bios.

    What could be the problem?

    > Drive HARD factory is replaced with SSD OCZ VERTEX 4 recognized by the Bios.

You have the same start-up problems 8 win using the original HDD equipped Tecra R950?

From my point of view, it would be possible that this laptop does not start successfully because of the new SSD.

I recommend you check the previous HARD disk.
If the laptop could start correctly, the problem is related to the new SSD drive.

In some cases, it would be possible that the SSD firmware must be updated.

From what I've read about the specifications of your computer, it had Windows 8 core and not Windows 8 Pro from the factory.  When you update the store Windows or Windows Update, Windows will search the version you have on the system and download the appropriate version.

If you feel that the above is not correct, do a factory restore using the recovery or recovery that hopfully disks Manager, you created when you first got the computer and check the installed system.

  • HAV detection fails after the closure of XP Mode until I have hard restart the computer on Win 7 Pro 64.

I am running Win 7 Pro 64 bit, and I have a number of programs that are not compatible I have to run to work.  I installed XP mode, and the XP mode is running everything is fine.  When I stopped the XP mode, however, I can't reopen the XP Mode without making a hard my computer stop, as the detection of HAV told me that my BIOS is not correctly configured (note, have not changed the BIOS settings, and I've been able to open at this point).  Soft reboots do not seem to solve this problem, so I find myself in front make full tap downs and resets in order to get my settings of the BIOS to read again.  Is this a known problem or there at - it another way, I'm supposed to close out of the XP Mode so that I can still restart it without having to go through all that?

Windows Update has nothing to do with this problem, even if you have upgraded to Win7. Hello

    Follow these steps.

Go to Start, run, copy and paste this command, then click OK: services.msc
(Press the Windows key + R if you do not "run" in the start menu)

In the list of Services, see Background Intelligent Transfer Service or BITS ?

If it is not listed, please follow these steps if you have a desktop computer. If you have a laptop, go to section 2

Open the Windows search tool, copy / paste the following text, and then click Search: qmgr.dll

Research should show this file in the following locations:

    C:\Windows\System32
    C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\bits

I hope they are all present, follow these steps to register the service.

Go to Start, run , and copy/paste: regsvr32 qmgr.dll and click OK

Do the same with this file: regsvr32 qmgrprxy.dll

Restart the PC and then copy / paste this command into the field run:
    %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe setupapi, InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\inf\qmgr.inf

If you are prompted to insert the Windows installation CD, ignore this and in the dialog below, replace the path C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386

The reason to change the path to the i386 folder is that the files that are there are newer than those on the Windows installation CD.

Restart the PC and then go to the Services and you should be able to see BITS in the list.

Double click on it and then on the general tab, click the Start button to start the service manually. This is just a test to make sure that it works correctly.

If you get 2 error: cannot find the specified file, click on start, then run again and copy / paste the following command, and then click OK:
    Tracking Add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BITS\Parameters /v ServiceDll /t REG_EXPAND_SZ /d %windir%\System32\qmgr.dll

Reboot again and try once more to start the PIECES. It should work fine now, but in the unlikely case where it fails again, run the following command, and then press ENTER:
    Reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup

Reboot once more and then do the following.

If qmgr.dll is only present in C:\WINDOWS\system32, follow these steps.

Open the system32 folder, locate qmgr.dll, then right-click and choose copy.

Stay in the system32 folder and right-click anywhere and click on New, then folder. Rename the new folder into pieces (in lowercase).

Open the folder of bits that you just created, right-click in the right pane and choose Paste. You should see the qmgr.dll file in there.

Close Windows Explorer and then go to Start, run , and copy/paste: regsvr32 qmgr.dll and click OK

If you are prompted to insert the Windows installation CD, ignore this and in the lower dialog box, change the path to C:\WINDOWS\system32

Restart the PC and then go to the Services and you should be able to see BITS in the list.
