Win7 64-bit static paired unintelligble wireless Bluetooth

so I'm rolling an Azio dongle for bluetooth 2.1, which is the format max supported by my headset h720 motorolla on a win7 64 bit installation. Using steam and other programs for voice chat, people are constantly telling me that I'm too garbled to understand, I have confirmed this with a listening test. Windows correctly identified my helmet and connects without a problem.

I tried recommendation of Azio which is to install the toshiba bluetooth stack and it detects and connects to my headphones intermittently at best and in these circumstances, the microphone does not work.

I tested the helmet via Skype on my galaxy tab 2.0 7 "and on my Nokia 920, my voice on these devices is clear like a solid phone call. That is much better than what I get on Steam. If the headset is not the problem.

It seems to me that the problem is either a crappy on the dongle bluetooth radio or some kind of internal driver problem. evidence of the latter: when I open sound > recording > motorcycle 4720 > properties > advanced the bitrate dropdown is grayed out and defined for 16-bit 8000hz and Interestingly, 1 channel, but the headset has 2 microphones according to the packing. The two exclusive options are checked. Reduce the input levels (on this plate) seems to help a little.

Ideas?

Hello

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft Community.

  1. Have you tried a different Microphone Bluetooth to connect to the computer?
  2. Other Bluetooth devices work well?

I suggest to check the following link and check if this is useful:

    Hello

Have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

This problem may occur because of driver or network connection settings.

Try the following and see if it helps.

    Method 1:

Refer to the steps in the following Microsoft article and check if that helps.

How can I troubleshoot network card?

    Method 2:

This problem can occur if authentication enable IEEE 802. 1 X for this network checkbox is enabled. If this box is checked, but there is no server to authenticate the connection is interrupted. If you turn on the wireless network connection, it disconnects again after a short period.

To disable authentication IEEE 802. 1 X, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, type ncpa.cpl, and then press ENTER.

    b. right click on your wireless network connection, then click Properties.

    c. click the wireless networks tab.

    d. under preferred networks, click your wireless network, and then click Properties.

    e. click on the Authentication tab, click to clear the authentication enable IEEE 802. 1 X for this network check box and then click OK twice.

    Method 3:

I suggest that you do the following and check if it helps.

    a. click "Start", enter "NCPA. CPL"(without the quotes) and press ENTER.

    b. right-click on the connection you use for the local connection, and then click "Properties".

    c. Click to select 'Protocol Internet Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)' and then click 'properties '.

    d. in the Internet Protocol window, we will change the "Preferred DNS server" to 208.67.222.222

    e. click 'OK' twice to complete the change.

Hope that the information provided is useful.

  • No bluetooth in Win7 64 bit dv7t-2000

Bluetooth worked for my daughter on Windows Vista 64-bit.  I he has upgraded to Windows 7 64 - bit, and now no trace of bluetooth has completely disappeared.  HP does not list Win7 64 driver software for the dv7t-2000, which is bad.  How the world to its internal bluetooth works again under Windows 7 64-bit.  She has a bluetooth mouse!

    Paul,

Sorry, my answer was so long coming.  The good news is that it is fixed!  And it is indeed a hardware problem.  Of all kinds.

With the help of a service manual (page 63), I was able to join the bluetooth module.  It's the size of your thumbnail and buried deep under the Assembly of the cover and the switch left speaker.  Keyboard and several other parts must come off until you can get there.

So the BT module was not actually bad.  All I had to do was disconnect and then reinstall the tiny bit connector joining the BT module to the mother ship.  Buttoned er, powered later and voila! Windows detected new hardware and loaded new drivers.  Has gone through the process of pairing for the mouse, and my summer girl Rockin ' since then.

I think that it was just strange moment that the connection is gone wonky shortly after the upgrade from Vista to Win7.  It worked on Vista for years and worked in Win7 for a couple of weeks.  Now, we're back in business.

Thank you for all your advice.  I hope that this thread will be useful to others who may find themselves in the same boat.

    With the best regards,.

    Jim

The driver of the Web site for intel does not work.

It is a software Intel Wlan (not WLan driver)
You can download it directly from the Intel page and it works since it worked on my laptop too.

  • HP 15 D050SM, Win7 64 bit, Bluetooth missing

    Hello

I installed Win7 64-bit in the brand new laptop HP 15 D050SM who came without any driver.

Pilots were mostly found at http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4063&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=6786...  and they are installed successfully.

The only factor that is missing is the Bluetooth driver, and the driver Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 series Bluetooth 4.0 + HS Driver for Microsoft Windows , I downloaded from the webpage mentioned above, does not work. During installation it says that the device is unplugged and that the installation cannot be completed successfully.

    What can we do?

    Kind regards

  • Acer Aspire 7741 G-6426 Win7 32-bit: Bluetooth and Webcam not working not

We have two laptops Acer Aspire 7741 G-6426 Win7 32-bit that neither bluetooth NOR webcam work on.  Both of them have, according to the Device Manager, all the drivers installed (no yellow exclamation point and try to update drivers yields the 'installed the latest software' message) and we seem to have all installed software.  In fact, there is no driver under Device Manager problem.

We have Acer Crystal Eye webcam installed, but when you navigate to it (start > all programs > Acer Crystal Eye Webcam video class), the only option is "Uninstall".

We Suite Bluetooth installed for the bluetooth, but when you navigate to it (start > all programs > more Bluetooth > Bluetooth Suite) and try to start it, nothing happens... no program will ever launch.  There is also a Bluetooth peripheral folder (start > all programs > Bluetooth devices) which says: (empty).

    What gives?

I checked our systems and found that the Aspire 7741 G-6426 not comes with Bluetooth.

  • Bluetooth device driver not found after accidental uninstall (Win7 64 bit)

I use a Plantronics M50 bluetooth headset on my mobile, Skype etc. All troubleshooting yesterday (had a problem with the microphone volume is very low) I followed a few steps of an article if found on a Microsoft forum, telling me to uninstall the driver, as well as to restart my laptop (Win7 64 bit) would recognize and re - install the driver.

In Device Manager, I right-click on the M50 (under audio, video and game controllers) device and chose to uninstall (as prescribed in the MS article). Here's where I shot myself in the foot; I ticked the box "Delete the driver for this device" (thinking that Win7 would get a fresh driver from Windows Update to reboot)

After the reboot, my laptop started to reinstal the driver device, but for "Bluetooth device" reports "no driver not found"

I myself tried in vain things:

    • tried to find the driver sur.com, but isn't available (plug-and-play)
    • installed software (incl. Plantronics Control Panel) Plantronics package
    • I tried Windows Update
    • installed Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 Driver (as advised on various sites to set "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" reports questions 'no driver found'

At the hope that someone had a suggestion for what else to try, or maybe how to find out what that exactly that I deleted by choosing 'delete the driver for this device '.

    Thanks in advance!

    Edit:

Just in case it helps, I noticed that the following folder is created at the time of uninstal and reinstal, containing calisto.inf, calisto. PNF and Calisto.cat

    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\calisto.inf_amd64_neutral_2b13d4544d6cf2e6

I decided to use Sytem Restore to restore my system to before I uninstalled the driver. There are a few downsides to this, but so far the benefits outweigh them.

no damage or anything spilt arrived at the keyboard

a usb cable keyboard and mouse works fine.

the keyboard and the mouse works fine on another computer with Windows XP. matter of fact, I type this message with the keyboard in question. I think that maybe a released hotfix is giving problems with a keyboard and wireless mouse. Please report it to anyone who is able to check that

    Thank you

He has been sending codes of keys repeated to the OS or does not at all. but never mind after a day of work, the keyboard and the mouse on another computer with Windows XP 32-bit, he just started doing the same thing. It takes time for it to happen so it looks like a hardware keyboard problem. already reports to microsoft to see if I can RMA if under warranty.

    Hello:

First install the amd chipset drivers and reboot.  You want the first file on the Web page.

    http://support.AMD.com/en-us/download/chipset?OS=Windows%207%20-%2064

You can then use all the W7 x 64 drivers and this model on your software except the wireless.

DO NOT USE ANY BIOS OR THE FIRMWARE OF THIS MODEL FILES

  • Win7 64 bit drivers Satellite U300?

Have a U300 that was installed with Win7 64-bit, could someone provide me with information about 64-bit audio drivers and other drivers for Win7 64 bit?, or what I need to get down to 32 bit Win7?

    Hello

No, you don't need to go back to the 32-bit system n.
The drivers can be researched at your own hand.

For example the tool as VAP (value added package), utility support of flash memory card are not related to a specific model laptop and can be downloaded from other series of laptop.
LAN driver, touchpad and similar pilot can be also downloaded from the driver page.

In addition, here you can find the portal WiFi and BT which contains the drivers:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/

These utlilies exist? Where I would get to?

    Ritchie.

You need to install additional package from Toshiba. This package contains several tools and utilities.

  • New dv7t Win7 64-bit cannot access other than XP

    Hi all

My new dv7t notebook Win7 64-bit cannot see a XP PC on my home network. This is strange, exasperating er, is that he could yesterday. In short, what worked yesterday does not work today.

    * XP - Computer Office SP3 is connected to Linksys WRT54G v8 (latest firmware)
    * Office XP shared a connection USB Canon i960 printer
    * Computer laptop Win7 is wireless connected to the WRT54G
    * Internet connection is fantastic.

Yesterday, I added the canon printer to the laptop Win7 using the trick of local port: Port Local = \\winxp1\canoni960. It worked great; documents and test printed pages. Yesterday, I could see the shared printer on the XP.

In addition, Office XP has appeared in my Win7 network. Yesterday, I could see her and you connect to it, for example, Start-> Run-> \\winxp1 worked.

Today, nothing. It does not - and I spent most of the last 15 hours trying to make it work.

    On laptop Win7...

    * passes the 'Home' network 'work '.
    * changed the workgroup on Win7 to match XP: both are now member of the Working Group "MSHOME".
    * the portable Win7 removed from the "homegroup".
    * WiFi dropped and re-created
    * tinkered with different combinations of parameters in 'Advanced sharing settings.
    * ' net view' raise an error "system error 6118 has occurred. The list of servers of this working group is not available. "Bad news: Win7 system can even see itself.

I tried hundreds of others suggestions collected on the Windows 7 forum. None worked.

I'm puzzled. I don't know what to try next, other than to return the thing to the original image.

If you know or suspect that happens and how to solve this problem, I will be highly grateful.

    Thank you.
    Paul

It was an update of Norton Internet security that got killed.

    He fixed it.

There is some malware on board?  Where can I find it? Any ideas?

    Chris

CTRL-Alt-Del does not bring upward the more after XP Task Manager - it brings up a different menu options:

The options presented are also slightly configurable via Group Policy, if your system is equipped with:

    http://www.thewindowsclub.com/customize-ctrlaltdel-screen-Windows-7-Group-Policy

You can kind of 'test' on your keyboard with a built in Screen-Keyboard Windows.

All programs, accessories, ease of access, Screen-Keyboard.

When you press a key on the keyboard, it should light up on the screen keyboard on (by pressing Ctrl):

Of course, we don't know anything about your system (desktop, laptop, keyboard, PS/2, USB, wireless wired keyboard) so you may need to see if another keyboard works, another USB port, batteries, etc...
